Is having low zinc and high copper typical of autoimmune atrophic gastritis? Does the gastritis affect zinc absorption in particular or is it not correlated?

Thanks

I don't have PA or gastritis (that I know of) but do have low zinc that seems to be causing low platelets, and Hashimoto's. Hope this helps.
