Good morning all, could anyone please advise on taking vitamins. I take t4 and t3 first thing in the morning a d then T3 at 6pm. Just wondered when I should be taking the folowing: vit d k2 magnesium zinc selenium. Can I take them altogether around midday. Thanks

If midday is four hours after taking levo and T3, yes.

Are your vits D and K2 capsules or tablets? If tablets, they need to be taken with some sort of fat for absorption.

Thanks greygoose, always on hand. Vit d is subclinical liquid and k2 is spray
