Tendonitis
For the last month to six weeks, I've had persistent pain (along with other joint pain and swelling) in what I think is the peroneal tendon region, and half way up my outer lower leg from the ankle bone. It's very resistant to pain killers and I needed tramadol and oromorph to give any relief. It is

When one type of medication can react with another.
I'm on Maxitram (Tramadol) , Cocodamol 300/500 , Gabapentine ,Amitriptyline I was orginally on Florexitine (antidepression) and one of the Gps took me off it she said it could cause a serotionan (sorry can not remember spelling) attack with taking Tramadol as well. I was then put on Amitriptyline

Nice to meet you all
Hello I've just arrived and I'm a bit late at 12:20am but I can't sleep because of the pain I'm in. I had a Caudal Epidural two weeks ago and for the first week it was going well. Then not so well and my symptoms have returned with a vengeance. I'm now worse than I was before. I also have fibromyalgia

Update on VSL#3 after three weeks - warning, toilet talk!
Just wanted to give an update on how I've been feeling on this probiotic product. I got a 30 day amount of sachets and take one sachet a day as I was hoping it might address some bowel issues I've been having as well as digestion problems. I will admit this will have a lot of discussions of inner digestive

Bumpy ride ahead
I have had problems following my taking MTX. It is giving me asthma problems and headaches. I contacted my Rheummy team and am now to stop taking MTX. The Rheummy is sending me for a hand scan. I am on 7.5 steroids, I can't put them up as it will mask my hands and so I anticipate a bit of a bumpy ride

Moving!
We have found UsHaus! It was a slog, and I honestly had given up and didn't want to hear about houses at all in late January, the market was so frustrating, but the Dutchman is more patient than I, and he managed to home in a large four bedroom with a downstairs shower and a lounge (which we are transforming

Advice please!
Hi everyone, This is the first time I've posted on here. A bit of back story. I haven't received a diagnosis yet. I have chronic pain which usually only reduces for a few days after a period and starts increasing dramatically again towards mid cycle and until end of period. This cycle I've had no break

Tramadol to morphine?
Hi, just signed up as I suffer chronic pain after falling from a 5th floor window 4 years ago. I've taken tramadol and gabapentine since then and have a very painful back which seizes up at every available moment. A few months ago I changed to extended release tramadol as the usual dose had stopped working

Differences between Hydrocodone and Tramadol?
Anyone who has taken both pain meds for chronic nerve pain? Did you notice any differences? How did you transition from one to the other?
