So last year I tore/ damaged (not sure which) my sacroiliac tendons and still have problems with this area of my derriere! Obviously I'm taking it gently with the running and today is my day off day... but have pain in this area, which is not unusual but a little more pronounced than normal. I'm just wondering if anyone has any helpful exercises or experience with this type of issue and if anything has helped you?
I am doing yoga and pilates on my days off running.

I'm sorry I have neither medical nor personal experience of this type of injury. It is possible that you can avoid reinjury by strengthening supporting muscles - quad and core perhaps? Pilates and yoga will help, but a sports physio would be able to check for weakness and suggest targetted strengthening exercises if that's an option for you. Good luck 😊
