Hi All,

Sharing this with you - all are welcome to join and sign up. It is funded up until November by Kidney Research UK and in collaboration with the renal physio team at Kings College Hospital in London. With a number of renal researchers and renal centres involved, we are really keen to get this going and demonstrating it helps so we have a strong support of data to get further funding.

I am the yoga teacher for the weekly live class and there are also on demand features so if the live class times don't suit, you can catch up. You can choose from a range of classes from gentler physio led sessions, to HIIT, pilates, cardio and yoga. This is so wonderful to have been invited to take part in my professional capacity. Being 9 months post second kidney transplant myself, I also have the lived experience which people really appreciate. So important to keep moving, breathing correctly and strengthening your wonderful body in order to thrive.
