Hi.cant get it to send it keeps saying at least one recipient needed.

You have to put a name into the bit at the top. Alternatively, click on the name or avatar of the person you want to send the message to and that will bring up their profile page. At the top right is a green box saying message - then the chat box that comes up had their name already entered in it.

Hi Bonnie, I've been doing Yoga the last few months with my old teacher but have been really hurting this week. It coincided with a drop in pred dose too. What is your class like? I was doing Yin Yoga, slow but quite deep stretches and poses. Any thoughts? 😁
