Dealing with overwhelmingness!

The kind of world we are living in today, there is bombardment of information. It is so easy to feel overwhelming. And, while you are dealing with anxiety, it becomes yet more difficult.

I am sharing, how I deal with it?

- I worked on my awareness to know, how much I can deal with ? And, then I am being very practical about things, like what to do at day, what at night, how many hours etc. It is flexible but revolves around my own awareness.

- I am naturally a very simple person. And, this is what I go along with, simplifying the things as much as possible.

- And, I am making realistic commitments. Like I just know about only one task that I have to do now. Nothing else.

Ofcourse there is no limit to exercise, yoga, meditation, expression through art, I include all these and they are wonderful and add to the quality of life.

So these are my tips.

How you deal with overwhelmingnes? Wanna add more?

Hi Shivedita, when I feel overwhelmed I focus on my breathing. One breath at a time. And then I watch a comedy, listen to my fav tunes and play with my Sonya. Sending much love and lights to you ❤️☮️🌸🌈🙏xxx

I forgot to add one more thing is I always carry around an inhaler with scent like tiger balm. It does help also.
