I do yoga everyday but not all the poses she mentions. I’ll incorporate them into my practice.

I'm hoping to find a yoga class. Just yesterday I ordered a pizza and nobody in the restaurant was wearing a mask. It suggests that Connecticut feels the virus is over. The governor has said as much.

In the video she mentions arm tremor and says changing the angle of your elbow might stop the tremor. I tried that, holding my arm overhead then to the left side then to the front, etc and the tremor was unchanged.
