Early 50s male, healthy till hypothyroidism my first few months experience of treatment
I've also learnt it seems I will likely have to stretch more, do so some kind of "manly
yoga
" or physically see how I can best look after myself so that my body doesn't act like its 70 when my mind is 50 (well really a 30 year mind :). I'm a bloke not an old man!

Heart Failure, 5 years on from diagnosis.
I practice
yoga
and have grown to love it. During retirement I’ve been travelling around Europe (a number of different trips) with my husband in our very old campervan. We signed up to a website as house/pet-sitters and have house/pet sat in France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.

Habituation doesn’t happen for everyone
Yes, I have tried everything from
yoga
and meditation to ‘making friends’ with my tinnitus’ and sound therapy. Nothing works. I live my life, work, look after my kids, do everything I would have done anyway but I never forget about it.

Travelling tips for tinnitus
I've no vertigo/dizziness/I don't seem to have at the moment hear loss (touch wood), and I'm managing to reduce the ringing/buzzing in the ears with a lot of mindfulness (
yoga
, sounds/music therapy etc) and it works.

Stretching and
yoga
slow movements certainly help all this. CRP is down to 5 now and hope it stays there. Do you think CRP numbers are more of an indicator of PMR rather than Sed Rate? Just curious. Great info on this site. Thanks to all!

It was a bit livelier than my normal lying on the floor and doing
yoga
breathing but it was good to move my core a bit. I've realised that it actually took me longer than I'd anticipated to recover from my recent cold/flu bug, it's only now that my energy is really returning.

March MATness Day 21: The Teaser
And, of course, it’s another one that is similar to a
yoga
pose... Of course this has become a series again (thanks, Romana!), though Joe’s original didn’t include these (even more challenging) variations. Feel free to skip them! Lesley Logan shows these in the OPC video.

ChatGPT and Restless legs
Try relaxation techniques: Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or
yoga
may help your wife relax and reduce her symptoms. 7. Consider medication: In severe cases, medication may be necessary to manage symptoms of restless leg syndrome.

Achilles problems
I still walk the dog,
yoga
and swim. I've tried resting it, strapping it and exercises. Should I just run through the pain and swelling (when it happens)? Anyone else out there dealing with Achilles's problems ?

Anxiety or dealing with real life problems?
I still cook, shop, plan meals, clean up some, walk, do a little
yoga
. What is concerning is my increased anxiety. I’m especially afraid of being alone when he visits his family a three hour plane ride away, especially in the winter.

Effects from going off of amantadine
I’ve been going to physical therapy since September, the tense machine, massage, dry needling, stretching, heat, cold, meditation,
yoga
, lift weights, etc. still leg cramps. At this point I feel like the amantadine is not working so I told my doctor I was going off of it.

Coming Soon: March MATness!
The only exercise series published as a book by Joseph Pilates consists of 34 exercises on the mat (or rather The Mat as Joe would call it since, of course, he didn't use a
yoga
mat! Ever the inventor, he developed his own mat: Very thick and with handles...).
