There are chair yoga and tai-chi classes via Zoom 3 times a week (yoga on Monday and Thursday and tai-chi on Friday) as well as general exercise on Tuesday.

I hope more of us take advantage of this. Classes are in the morning, so exercise is taken care of for the remainder of the day.
No one forces you to do anything you are not able to do. They offer alternative moves or just even thinking about moving the body parts in tai-chi that you are not able to move.
