2 years since graduating - some musings
I’m having to change all my clothes as nothing fits anymore, an unexpected consequence of losing 2 1/2 stone - I didn’t do it for the
weight
loss
either. 4. The worn out running shoes collection - I just can’t bear to part with them even though my first proper pair are absolutely done in. 5.

Help with unexplained weight loss
Hello all, I am waiting upon the fitting of an ICD. In the meantime, as a type II diabetic, I have been having terrible problems with my guts. Lost 20lbs in just a month. Seems my medications had pushed me into Ketosis which probably is the cause. This came on top of painful cramps and griping in my

How to move on after weight loss?
Hi all I’m looking for advice on going forward, I’ve achieved the target
weight
after 9 weeks on the nhs
weight
loss
app. I’ve been ok doing this as it was quite regimented, so although it would be great to lose a few pounds more, I’m happy with where I am just now.

Managing weight loss from meds?
We've found meds that work for my 7yo son, but there's a problem. He's always been hugging the low end of the curve for weight, and on the med that works for his adhd and doesn't give him headaches, he's starting to lose weight he can't afford to lose. Does anyone have tips on how to mitigate or reverse

Suppressed TSH and new chest pain
I’m having hair
loss
that the hairdresser noticed. I’m gaining
weight
, but not drastically. But certainly not losing weight. Blood pressure is always ideal, like 128/72 or something in that neighborhood.

almost back to post baby weight
I am nearly half way through my
weight
loss
journey. It’s been a struggle and the only way I got myself back on track in April was getting a personal trainer.

Liver Fibrosis F3
I've went from 17.5st to 15.11st and am continuing on my
weight
loss
to hopefully get to 14.5 to 15st. Has anyone went through a similar Liver Fibrosis at F3 and turned it around and if so what was the outcome? Thanks in advance :-)

It's time to make a change!
I've said it once before and it still could not be any less true: I fear slow
weight
loss
progress. So that mindset is 100% something I need to work on if I want to succeed with losing weight this time round.

Appreciate help understanding my latest blood test results - thank you!
Over the years I tried several diets (vegan, FOPMAP, gluten free, sugar free, keto, etc.) but found them very expensive and difficult to maintain in the long-term whilst the progress with
weight
loss
was always really slow.
