Problems with catheters

Since I had a catheter fitted since September last year but I am having problems. So far I have had 10 catheters fitted. More recently I have been expelling the balloon still inflated which is very painful. I spent most of Friday at A&E because I couldn't cope with the pain anymore. I was there from 10:30 until around 19:15 so nearly 9 hours.

I am now waiting for a CT scan and then hopefully an operation to fit a Suprapubic catheter fitted it will be more complicated as I will have lots of scar tissue due to past surgeries. I am hoping that once SPC is fitted that I wont have the same issues that I am currently having. The last catheter was in last than three weeks before it was expelled.

I am trying to lose enough weight when i see the dietitian on 12 August I am under 100kgs (220lbs) as I need to be under 100kgs to be referred to the weight loss time. If I do this then hopefully I will get my surgery before the end of the year so that I can lose the weight I need to be more healthy. I am hoping that my type 2 diabetes will go but I don't think it will as I'm not sure that I have T2D as I was put on insulin within the first two years as none of the tablets worked for even with insulin it still not got good control of my glucose's levels. I am trying to get it under control. I was diagnosed in August 2018, but been pre-diabetic since 2010 but I have always passed glucose's, protein and other stuff in my urine since childhood.
