scared of cancer

hi there, I’m making this post because I’m worried that I have pancreatic cancer, or something else.

so for the past month my ribs hurt when I press or sleep on them, and I have pain mostly in my upper abdomen and more severe pain in my upper back. I have itchy skin all over and for the past few days my excrement has been a light brown yellowish Color, frequented by diarrhea. I have diarrhea after almost every meal, and I often wake up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom, where my excrement is usually foul smelling.

a few weeks ago I went to a walk in clinic where I had a urine test. They said it came out healthy, meaning my liver is healthy. But when I urinate in the morning it is often cloudy, bubbly or dark yellow. This may be just because I don’t drink anything all night, because for the rest of the day it’s a normal Color.

I don’t think I have any jaundice, though on some days my eyes are red and watery for no reason.

I haven’t lost any alarming weight and I don’t have a loss of appetite, though sometimes I feel unusually full after eating something light.

my feet and legs often tingle and go numb when I sit, but I haven’t gotten checked for anything like diabetes yet because my parents aren’t nearly as concerned as I am.

I’m an 18 year old female.

You need to see your own doctor and explain fully all your symptoms and then get appropriate testing done to see if you have an issue. A basic urine test isn't going to reveal very much, you need bloods and a proper examination. I doubt very much you have something as serious as you fear but you need to get a proper medical work up done.

Sadly, that's about as much advice as we can give you here, you need proper medical help not the comments of some lay people on line.

thank you. I finally went to my family doctor a week ago, but she thinks the pain in my abdomen and back is caused by muscle injuries. I feel like that isn’t right, because the pain in my upper abdomen feels caused by indigestion, as it gets worse after eating and won’t go away even after I go the washroom.

Please go to your GP with a full list of your symptoms and ask for a referral to a specialist. GPs as good as they are cannot see what's going on inside your body.
