hi all thought I’d make a new post in regards to vitamin levels.

Can anyone help with what to supplement to help raise the levels below:

Ferritin 43 (23-300)

Vitamin D 80 (50-120)

B12 930 (187-883) above high

Folate 8 (3.1-20.5)

I take vitamin B complex and selenium but haven’t found an iron tablet that is specifically for ferritin because my red blood cell count was borderline high to xx

hi there, sorry you haven’t had a reply.

Do you have the results from your full iron panel that show the high RBC?

Which B Complex do you take and how often and much selenium?

Let us know re Regen’s questions.

Also note, there used to be no such thing as a ferritin supplement. There are only iron supplements that need to be dosed precisely against your full iron panel. Once we have a look we can share our own experiences as helpful.

Not what you're looking for?
