Vitamin C
I've just been reading about Liposomal
Vitamin
C
and wondered if anyone is taking this as it seems to be a good choice for people who are sensitive to ascorbic acid or calcium ascorbate.

Vitamin C
Morning All, I’m searching for a
Vitamin
C
supplement, preferably not as ascorbic acid. I’ve trawled through here and google, and find that mostly supplements are of fairly high levels, which I believe we don’t need as we will just excrete what we don’t use.

Vitamin C to reduce neuro inflammation but is said to increase MAO b activity
Vitamin
C
helps to increase MAOA and MAOB enzyme activity. This further supports the breakdown of histamine and its byproducts.† https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/optimal-liposomal-

Adderall and sleepless nights
Someone mentioned that
Vitamin
C
(or acidic foods) might reduce the effectiveness of stimulants.... and maybe I could use this in the evening to help with sleep. Has anyone else come across this or had any experience? It seems related to Adderall being counteracted by acidification.

The almighty power of Vitamin C
I wanted to share this link here for those who may be interested to get a deeper insight into this vital
vitamin
. You'll learn that not all types of
Vitamin
C
is equal when it comes to their delivery system and more.

I also read that high doses of

Vitamin supplements: good or bad?
These include 2000mg
vitamin
C
and 400iu of
vitamin
E and fish oil capsules. These are supposed to enhance the auto immune system. As rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is caused by an over active immune system attacking the cartilege in our joints, are these vitamins adding to the problem?

Vitamin D, Fish Oil and NOACS?
(The others are
Vitamin
C
and Magnesium). I'm also taking Apixaban and other meds for BP and AF. I've noticed on the Vitamin D container label it says that the Vitamin D is derived from fish oil.

Is Vitamin C ok to take with my other meds?
But most seem to contain
Vitamin

. I have it in my head that I shouldn't take
vitamin
C
for some reason but I don't know why.

My Luck Just Ran Out
My clinic suggested I take
Vitamin
C
along with Zinc. When I look it up to see what is an appropriate dose - there have been several studies that say it does not make symptoms less severe and does not shorten the illness. The study also said that taking it daily does not prevent COVID.
