If you are taking any medication it's best to talk to a pharmacist if you are considering taking any supplements in case of any interactions.
Basically you must run it by a pharamacist, GP or cardioklgist as much depemds on your exact doianopsis and current medications. For instance I am prescribed Vitamin D as my levels are low as I cannot get out and about much, The GP has no objection to Vitamin C (not mega-dose as it offers no benefits and goes to drain) as it potentially reduces blood vessel irritation a precurssor to plaque formation. Turmeric is a no-no as on daily Aspirin but also with any blood thinner or anti-coagulant.
Interesting, Michael. I’d taken turmeric once but thought it might be a gimmick . And too expensive. I don’t think there was any info on the box about interactions with aspirin, which I take. Thanks for the info.

as has been said. What might be better and certainly cheaper is have a look again at your diet and if you want to incorporate turmeric then that’s easily done. And eat an extra orange!
