Pelvic floor muscle strain (pubic muscle)
I start
swimming
sessions without putting much stress to my feet.. however all the happiness of getting my life back flew away, since I felt again sharp pain at the left side of the pubic muscle when walked and the ultrasound that I had a few days ago showed that the strain in the same place is 4 milimetres

My problem is I am not exercising properly anymore (though I used to until that Z=-3.8 measurement exercise daily, but a lot was
swimming
or riding pushbikes which I found out do not build bones...anyway PMR is not too good and I spend a load of time in bed..sometimes unable to roll over or lift my doona

Back home again and my garden was there to greet me.
Well I am back home from spending a week of heaven alone in the Welsh cottage of my dreams mountain walking, wild
swimming
and cycling alone. After returning we had just a day to get the garden ready for a BBQ with friends, socially distanced ofcourse.

Consolidation Run 3
v=0TDfBBXfbjY It basically allows me to lock the keys in the car securely and go
swimming
, cycling, running, etc, without worrying where the key is and keeping it dry, etc.

What a difference a year makes!
I went back to my default sport of
swimming
about two weeks before lockdown so that was short lived. C25k was the way to go! So it’s rather apt that one year later I finished my last run! Job done ✅.

Monitoring the basics
After diagnosis, I was advised to stop
swimming
due to the risk of infection (major blow to me as I have been a regular swimmer for several years and this was a major part of my fitness regime). Due to doubling lymphocytic time (over a 6 month period) it was decided to start treatment.

Hello!
I've never been a runner, even though I pushed myself to join a mums netball team 4 years ago, I then moved to Devon, & have intermittently done cycling,
swimming
& walking but not much else! I was challenged to undertake the couch to 5k by someone who is also doing it to help his weight loss!

Just keep swimming
Ugh anxiety will not win today. I’m tired of being a hermit crab! I wanna go out and do stuff. Even if it’s sitting outside in the sun. Today I woke up knowing how anxiety has made me feel for the past few weeks and forced myself outside for a few minutes. Been up moving around a bit.. but taking it

Help
So earlier today I went
swimming
on this lake and the water was super deep so I accidentally had water go up my nose.

Very mild exercises causing bronchiectasis exacerbations?
. (* By mild exercising I mean that during the exercises I had no or little breathlessness -- e.g. running just for a few minutes or
swimming
for less than 200 meters) (In case you want to know more about the details of my case, I have a longer version posted on the hub of "Bronchiectasis Support": https

Think I have pudendal neuralgia. Ways to exercise with pelvic pain?
I've heard
swimming
is a good form of exercise for PN, however not possible with
swimming
pools closed at the moment. I hope to give it a try when they reopen. I also am not a good swimmer though so may need some lessons. Not sure if they arrange adult lessons for people with chronic pain..

Swimming to maintain fitness during hot weather?
Is there a rough equivalent in
swimming
of e.g. a 5k, 10k etc. run, or is it more e.g. 30 min
swimming
= 30 min run? Curious to see if anyone else is mixing in other activities! :)

Just a little 5k
And we did see a pair of swans, the male
swimming
up and down on watch and the female was just a head sticking up from the rushes so probably on a nest so that was cool.

Week 9 Run 3 Done 😃🎉🥳
I definitely want to keep this up even after the
swimming
pools reopen. Hope everyone is doing good. This forum has a real positive vibe and such a good place to come for support, advice, hear about everyone else's C25K journeys. Anyone thinking about doing this plan just get out there and do it.

Ibrutinib and Swimming
Will be asking my MD, but wondering if anyone has experience with this. Just started ibrutinib, is it safe to swim in my backyard pool?
