narrowing of the ACJ - acromioscapular Joint
I have started the Couch to 5k a month ago, but I find it hard, because I had to slow down due to my left shoulder hurting and lack of my yoga,
swimming
and tai chi practice. It is amazing how we lose our shape and strength when we stop our physical activities.

Half Marathon training plans 😍 How to find a good plan for YOU!
Cycling,
swimming
, and yoga are the most popular. I'm a big fan of strength work too - be it bodyweight (yoga covers this to a certain extent) or lifting, but I've noticed some plans give it a miss!

Feeling motivated!
I do my three runs per week and go
swimming
twice (although won't be able to do that now for a while 😢) I also do as much brisk walking as I can in between. I've been eating really healthily, cutting out unhealthy snacks, reduced my portion sizes at mealtimes and reduced my alcohol intake.

DEPRESSION COPING SKILLS
I feel like I am just
swimming
in the middle of the ocean without a paddle. I've tried to educate myself, but I'm not coming up with much.

I gave up drinking alcohol a week ago, I’ve just started
swimming
and trying to look after myself better - thought it would help but my knees are so sore again today despite everything. Just when i hope I’ve done all i can, it knocks me back and I’m really trying not to let it!!!

Dolphin Picture
Currently I can see the Dolphins, there are three,
swimming
along- with 'dappled' light shining on their backs. Other 'lights', or angles, might Pick Out the Clown- and other- Fish, or the Seaweed. It is actually a 'flexable' plastic sheet, about 3mm thick, with the image 'pressed in' somehow.

Getting fit again after bronchitis
Before this I was doing really well with my fitness cycling to work also doing jogging,
swimming
and yoga. I want to start getting my fitness levels back up again but I don't know where to start. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hospital appointment questions?
It’s four months to the day since my transplant and although I feel stronger I still get very tired and find it hard to get motivated especially as I miss friends and family and the ability to play sport which I love (tennis, golf &
swimming
).

So joined a gym, gave up smoking, lost about a stone, and just felt so much better with life, used cross trainer, and
swimming
pool, was told, by the manager, how bad running would be, for me!!!

CR6: Venturing-afield run
This difference is amazing (apparently) because he’s been completely morphed with the sofa for the past decades, whereas I’ve been going to Pilates and yoga (including that hardcore ashtanga mode),
swimming
, periodically step-counting or zumba-ing... you know, just doing my bit to stay active.

imbruvica and weight training
I'm looking to get back into my gym and start back on my weight training and
swimming
. I'm a veteran and have always tried to maintain a very active lifestyle and exercise. I have found quite a bit of positive research in regards to exercise, but very little of use when it comes to weight training.

To go back to swimming pool? Has anyone tried.....
We are both almost 60 and don't know if it is selfish of me to risk going to a
swimming
pool. Has anyone made this step? Was it alright and did you feel safe? Thanks folks x

Overdone it ...
I started sea
swimming
(well, a little
swimming
and a lot of nattering) a few weeks ago and it’s been great, made me feel bold and brave. I’ve been having a lot of aching around my neck which I put down to too much head up breaststroke. Today, though, I would like to rewind.
