Morning everyone! A miserable day here in Norfolk but am determined to get out for my first run of week 3 this morning 😁 Am so chuffed as I only started my fitness journey two weeks ago and have already lost 9lb!!! I do my three runs per week and go swimming twice (although won't be able to do that now for a while 😢) I also do as much brisk walking as I can in between. I've been eating really healthily, cutting out unhealthy snacks, reduced my portion sizes at mealtimes and reduced my alcohol intake. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past two weeks and feel so much better already. I've still got a long way to go but am so motivated to continue. Thank you everyone, reading your posts is such a support!
