I need advice if I am being selfish here
My family members tell that I am being selfish as we are all in the same problem and I am being the reason for their
stress
. I am trying my best to regulate my emotions. Am I being selfish here?

Controlling my
stress
and things started looking up. I have been on track. After long I have had an episode. Which is so disappointing. I have to admit that I have not so good with my food intake and all. Eating what I shouldn’t. Just sad and down right now.

Any tips for lowering AST (liver enzyme score)
The bottom line/question up front: [u]
Does anyone have recommended supplements, which might lower the AST level, or know of specific supplements that should be avoided (causing additional
on the liver)?

37 and CSR for 2 years in my right eye.
Maybe just time or maybe because i started using some mind expanding "medicine" to work on my general
stress
and i do have a perfectionist type personality that could be considered Type A.

can you refuse hysterectomy and just have large cyst removed instead???
There is pressure on me to have a hysterectomy but I don’t want this and instead just want the large cyst I have removing and to then manage my symptoms with nutrition, exercise, reducing
stress
and vitamin supplementation ie natural ways .

Finding my past
I guess it took me several years to realize what post traumatic
stress
was and that I may have it. Maybe reassurance is something that I need right now, I don't know but bear with me. I grew up and watched someone I loved get hurt in instances and there was nothing that I could do.

opinions welcome
I am retired and have no
stress
. As a result, I have lost about 10 pounds so far and was able to cut my atenolol to half. I began using Himalayan pink salt quite frequently and not restricting my salt intake anymore.

Endo is recommending radioactive iodine
Because: - longer ATD treatment results in lower relapse rate - if my flare is cause by
stress
(likely, as am shielding) then I can address that - Graves' waxes and wanes and may resolve itself as it did last time - risk of thyroid eye disease worsening with RAI - risk of thyroid storm with RAI

Tapering - have I overshot?
I don’t know if it has all built up to a perfect storm with the taper and the jab and the
stress
of my back pain, but I was feeling a bit nauseous, my neck ache is more evident, arms ache, plus this morning I was reading a book and kept falling asleep and I feel generally unwell.

Treatment and Prevention Strategies for Cognitive Function in PCa
It also reduces neuro-inflammation such as that modulated by TNF-a, and protects against oxidative
stress
. It also appears to reduce chronic pain, reduce anxiety and improve sleep. There is one RCT in older humans with a Mag-T supplement linked last below.

Update- any hope for my reconsideration request?zero points for PIP and doesn’t tally with anything I said at interview.
I honestly don’t know if I can go through the
stress
of an appeal. I’m having a fibro flare because of this and feel like I need to increase my ADs again. It’s awful. I’m so anxious and annoyed about this. I had an online interview that lasted 1 1/2 hours!

Help with reading bloods
She knows her own body and is convinced something (other than
stress
and no proper sleep routine as sugested by endo) is causing her to feel like this. Any help on where she can go next or if anyone has had similar symptoms, would be appreciated.
