Varying side effects or formulations?
I haven't even started the CDK4/6 yet, and am dreading adding more
stress
on my body when this one is kicking me. What is frustrating is that it was tolerable at first. Did it just take time to kick in?

IBS Storm
I suspect taking supplements like multivitamins I definitely could negatively affect one’s gut; however the onset of my problems started with acute
stress
, anxiety and sudden consumption of pastries at a major UK chain near my workplace.

new here lonely and isolated
The
stress
leads me into psychosis and depression. Sometimes I get depression so bad I can’t get out of bed for a week and that affects my work. Or I get psychosis and that affects my work.

I put these both down to the
stress
. Anyway, that episode of
stress
has passed and things had gone back to normal. Until I started feeling light headed and dizzy about a month ago. Doctors did blood and all was fine again apart from low b12 which I have now got supplements for.

Blip but back on track
I hadn’t posted before as didn’t want to cause people
stress
who were considered minimaze, ablation or other treatments. All I can say is I’ve never self converted before in a 10 year journey with AF. I don’t regret for one minute my decision to go to Sheffield for a hybrid mini maze.

Asking for blood tests
I’ve put on weight in the last 18 months, from overeating due to
stress
. Putting on weight is easy, but losing it seems impossible. I am 47 years old, so perimenopause can play a role, but I am asking doctor for blood test to see if thyroid levels are right.

This has caused so much
stress
because i work a lot and am exhausted all the time. Another thing that is a con to moving out is the fact that i had nowhere to go. My girlfriends family invited me to move in with them.

PTSD and anxiety after flood
In December my house flooded, we moved to a hotel for a month, caught COVID/bad dose of flu, had daily
stress
trying to find alternative accom, endless frustration with estate agents and insurance. Now in an apartment, transfering items from the house and been told it will be 6 months till return.

PLEASE HELP. I‘m freaking out..
Or is my
stress
and impatience overwhelming my body? I don‘t know what I am doing wrong. I‘ve wasted my entire youth by not enjoying it because of the edema on my legs. Now I almost could‘ve gotten my long awaited surgery and now this. I know I‘m extremely close but its like I can‘t reach it.

New Onset Tinnitus
I just wondered whether a spike like this from a prolonged period of anxiety/
stress
is common and whether the sound is common? I've never experienced anything like it. It's very distressing but I am pretty sure I've brought it on myself through my own worry.

Increased bleeding after first scan…
Probably being irrational… because of
stress
. Is it ok to post this to let it out? I have another scan Monday. I’m just hoping the follicles are still there but growing…And not bled out after the first scan.

More curious ponderings - hypochlorhydria
Add to that alcohol consumed with food on fairly regular occasions (often as a means to manage
stress
). Please excuse my ignorance but could low stomach acid from
stress
and inadequate diet be the final cause of B12 deficiency?

I sometimes think that I’m overthink everything and causing myself to

when I should be concentrating on healing.

Everything says
stress
is detrimental to trying to conceive. I’ve started doing yoga relaxation videos before bed, but what else can I do? Sorry for the long post, thanks to anyone who has read this far. I guess just writing this all out is therapeutic in itself.

Recovery from physical
stress
just isn't the same, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing - without the moderation brakes on it's easy to wreck your joints and your adrenals (my first bone scan was a rude awakening of how many of my joints are almost toast at only the mid-life point).

GCA flare, or not?
However, this summer due to circumstances, I have been working hard physically and in stressful situations (some happy
stress
and some not so good. ) Pains and exhaustion returned and I upped to 3 and then to 4. Had to fight the Arth/Osteo doctor about increasing the dose.
