IT is not and never was all in your head. Yes IT does get more intense with stress of all types and it is physical.

You are according to one hematologist 4 weeks from death and the medics you are dealing with have no clue what to do for you but very confident in that what they can do is the best that can be done. They will be proud of their treatment of you and not accept you are going to self-treat in a way they are not capable of. Ignore them for now.

View youtube.com/watch?v=q5cyMLt... you will not get a complete understanding. You will have a better understanding than all medics I have spoken to. The standard is extremely low.

Inject B6 1mg/ml a day and this will ease the pain by healing the nerves. As the pain decreases switch to P5P oral.

Have all the testing done as described in theb12society.com/diagnosing as this is the easiest presentation for you to understand.

Ignore the results your body does not use cobalamin effectively. It is physical. The testing is simply to measure progress.

Test "cofactors" as outlined in theb12society.com/treatment and supplement accordingly.

Supplement with Simple Supplement starting gradually as it will be effective and at first it will be distressful as your body needs to adjust to having these nutrients. Make sure to account for the ingredients in Simple Supplements when doing other supplementation.

Once you are supplementing as best you know how based on the site above start injecting subcutaneous methyelcobalamin in a solution you will have to mix yourself at a strength of .5mg/ml. Start with once twice a day. Increase as you feel you need to. This is not loading, it is starting gradually and increasing giving your body time to adjust to healing hopefully you will not need to experience 'reversing out' to a distressing degree.

That is all I got and what you will experience is unknown as it has never been done. I would not bet against you to swim at least 1/2 mile this summer.

As best you can stay away from what if it is something else and stay away from medics as they will likely find something that will resolve with effective treatment.

Love you and sorry fate has not been kind to you with IT.

Thank you WIZARD6787 . it’s great that you share all that with us .

How long do you think you were deficient before you started on your treatment, ?

My whole life, although it might have been from malnutrition. Definitively at age 20 due to my reaction to nitric oxide and I was not experiencing malnutrition.

If records were kept I may have the record for number of misdiagnosis.😀

Hi Wizard6787,

Erm, I am a complete weirdo and can be pedantic. Essentially, I am a Mathematician who like you creates, I will take something to the nth degree, rotate it, flip it inside out, apply Master’s work, whatever is required of me. Just to prove a point.

This statement ‘IT is not and never was all in your head’.

I regard the brain as a Central Processing Unit. Comparing it to Computing. The mind interprets all the signals, chemicals, whooshes, buzzes, that occurs in the rest of the body.

Part of the brain is called the Cortical Homunculus. Through extremely rapid transmission of electrical impulses this part of the brain checks :-

Eyes how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Nose how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Mouth how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Jaw how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Shoulders how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Elbows how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Wrists how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Hands how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Throat how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Chest how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Stomach how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Guts how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Bladder how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Groin how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Thighs how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Knees how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Ankles how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Feet how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Toes how are you now ? Feedback is sent.

Obviously, there are so many body parts I have missed including internal organs. So, from our interpretations, we can vocalise or we can write our signs and symptoms to medics.

To speak, we need certain areas of the brain to work effectively. It includes Wernick’s area and Broca’s area. For executive functioning and to be able to pay attention to our internal and external world Brodmann’s area in the brain needs to be working effectively.

So, yep B12D is in fact in ALL of our bodies and brains.

Sum = ( Brain + Body ).

I tend to have at a subject after designing a way of learning for that subject.

At a certain point I know what questions to ask and I don't have to do as intense work.

Exactly. We already have our bag of tricks for supposedly NEW stuff. I will use my stuff from 1983, add in 1999 stuff, use 2003, Summer 2008 then a bit more magic. Oh hang on, what about 1989 that really does mean business. 🤓

I and my fellow soil scientists often say " soil science is part science, part art and part smoke and mirrors.

I would describe the applied medical science that I have encountered personally to be smoke and mirrors very little art or imagination and misinterpretation of science done by researchers.

The Wiz,

Please don’t open this bag of soil science worms. This is the mathematical algorithm for a treatment. Me, er no it’s not, it can’t be. Why ? Erm. Well you wanted a nice cake with frosting ? (I explain complex maths by using recipes), So, why on earth have you stuck pig’s liver, right in the middle of the equation ? * Bang head on wall*

Hi Wiz

Basically go with our gut instincts as they are usually right and well founded in practice!

I may be on the cusp of trusting my instincts. To date have used evaluating empirically. Much of which is finding out what is thought to be true and is not scientifically justified.

Hi Wiz

What does ‘scientifically justified’ actually mean … someone went looking and found … how many serious researchers have looked for what we need?

In the meantime instincts rule for me and it has worked so far as my instinct was to trust your experiences and insights!

I don't see what I write as insights rather the result of a careful evaluation. Much of which is determining the rational for what physicians prescribe and its relation to science vs other factors.

Medical researchers seem to me to do two things. First, they collect all the data that's available from different sources used to be called white paper research. Or they look for a breakthrough which may or may not have any practical value.

There does not seem to be any desire to go back over past results and refute them.

I don't expect there ever to be a reasonable evaluation of the efficacy of the different forms of B12 or the different methods of administration. That I am doing myself.

I do not expect researchers or medical personnel to go beyond the bureaucratic restraints with regards to amounts. Same with frequency which I am finding to be critical in successful treatment.

Physicians do not use self injection as a method. They do not even use SL. My freedom to discover what is best is reliant on my being able to self inject. Seeing a physician every thirty days at best does not allow for what is required to discover what is best.

I am currently working on reducing to gather data. The results are measured in days not months.
