Vasospastic angina (Coronary artery spasms)
Stress
does the vasospastic angina no favours so I am struggling! Prior to the initial episode earlier this year I was reasonably fit and on zero medication. All the problems seem, to me, to originate from this time.

Never ending balanitis and lichen sclerosus
A year ago, I applied a new antifungal cream for one week and the symptoms went away, but they returned immediately upon the first sign of
stress
(like flying in a plane). The dermatologist prescribed an anti-Candida antibiotic which made the situation worse.

Changing thyroid treatment and Testogel
I assumed this was my body adjusting. 5/6 weeks in I was due to have a water deprivation test at the hospital requested by the NHS Endocrinologist due to my excessive thirst (4/5 liters daily) I was concerned that this would increase my anxiety and
stress
my body further so I consulted my private Endocrinologist

Taking Nuclear test in Upright Position in something like a dentist chair.
I just wanted to pass on that there are two options for the nuclear
stress
test if suggested by your cardiologist. If you would like to see the upright chair, google nuclear stess test upright and you will be able to find an image of it.

Lexipro had basically killed me
Doctors said it was very unlikely and, surprise, probably
stress
. Problem is symptoms all started with drug ingestion and have never gone away, not even for a minute just added more and grow worse in intensity. Not a coincidence.

Had some positive thoughts about anxiety and wanted to share
Aerobic exercise reduces cortisol levels, which is a
stress
hormone. It also increases chemicals in the body that make you feel happy and relaxed. A win win win! - Eliminate medical marijuana. I had a doctor get me a medical marijuana license for my anxiety, but this has made my anxiety worse.

It is strongly suggested too that nose breathing is really effective in combatting
stress
.... so...some simple relaxation breathing exercises.

Update on myself
However I finally decided just to get it done, I went for an exercise
stress
test up in London to try and beat my fear of exercise, very hectic getting there. But very reputable people on Harley street.

First week done
So after a lot of
stress
and going from stage 2b to stage 3 my first week of chemoradiotherapy has finished, weekend off before vinorelbine capsules Monday and back on the radiotherapy. Didn't expect to feel so rough after first week and looking for advice please.

Now on day 5 of Gonal F, day 1 I was wracked with nerves but once the first jab was done I realised the
stress
around the jabs was nothing and all in my head…. Now however I have my first scan since starting the Gonal F tomorrow at 11:15 😅 and errr the nerves have RETURNED with a vengeance.

feeling defeated
Which I don’t have the energy to go into but added a lot of
stress
at a time I’m meant to be staying calm. I’m having monthly general anaesthetic which is starting to affect me physically, emotionally and mentally. I’m starting to wonder whether I’m fighting a losing battle and should give up.

Advice required
A traumatic year so I could understand that this level of
stress
and trauma could be the underlying reason for this awful condition to take hold. The truth is I have been in pain for many years and ignored me as always.

Not told about job vacancy
I blame the situation I now find myself in on the amount of pressure and
stress
that they put me under over the past 18 months. I am not sure I would really want the job but feel very sad that I was overlooked because I am not at work.

Should I be more involved?
I do wonder if deeper understanding of AF can induce
stress
and therefore more frequent attacks? As long as I have the support of my medications, my GP, Cardiologist and the positive messages posted here, I don’t need to know any more.

relief and you can’t because you’re ill, it’s not much fun! I finally got out on Sunday morning.
