adrenal crisis?
And was it brought on by the emotional
stress
, dropping to 6mg or both.. just some feedback about similar experiences would be great too. The next step is JAK inhibitors? phew, that’s a lot so thank you for reading 😊

Advice Please, I am in a terrible state.
But, I did experienced emotional
stress
caused by a family upset while visiting which has hit very hard with me. I was doing fine with the reduction until week 9, I decided to up my dosage back to 3mg because of upset; hoping to hedge off a possible flare. Going off reduction guide.

NM Rubidium 82 Test
No blockage in my arteries, however, it did show that at rest my EF was 14%at
stress
level 20%. I am not sure if this is at a dangerous level as in 2019 I had a EF reading of 30% to 35%. and in February 2023 had a EF of 20%-25%. My consultant is in the process of arranging for another ECG.

what to think?
I’ve read any literature I can find about whether
stress
, excess belly fat (need to lose 20) , cholesterol can cause the kind of “inflammation” that can cause high platelets but can’t find solid answers from credible sources or journals.

Lifestyle changes for fertility
I have done most and tried to overhaul diet years ago as I also have pcos and its hard work to maintain healthy weight;
stress
doesnt help my chocolate cravings or healthy eating, come a long way with my unhelpful eating behaviours but is still there.

New diagnosis - MBL or CLL?
The fact that I found this forum with its resources and invaluable contributions from members meant that I was able to go in to appointments confident in my background knowledge - this greatly reduced my
stress
and anxiety levels. For this I am eternally grateful. Thank you.

Further Advice on raised CRP Levels and tight leg muscles
I have also had a lot of
stress
. My leg muscles became very painful and made stair climbing difficult. It also meant that monitoring the polymyalgia through muscular tightness was difficult. My physio has helped and released some of the tightness.

I am searching for alternatives to Levadopa for my Dad to take/do
Under any
stress
or worry, his tremors become visible and he is aware. He takes Levadopa daily, and a slow release nightly dose. He says if he didn’t take the medication he wouldn’t be able to walk and finds himself ‘winding down’ as each dose ‘wears off’.

Tapering below 10mg steroid on MTX and TCZ
Could be other
stress
factors there. Have meeting with rheumy in a couple of days. On the given NHS plan, I should go down to 9mg this weekend and reduce by 1 mg each month thereafter. Without TCZ/MTX, I'd likely follow a taper plan in FAQ's here.

The doctor said I have to reduce
stress
in my life and he knows that. He doesn’t care. My chest hurts now. Sometimes I just wanna die.
