I think I have Lupus but not diagnosed yet
It’s completely random but I do find
stress
or doing too much really brings on the symptoms.

Hello, ADHD friends!
I've spent about three years in a call center which has put tremendous
stress
on me. The last year and a half got significantly worse with me getting a job in a medical call center. Nothing I did was good enough for my management in that role.

Health visitors etc are encouraging to break the cycle after 7/8months but I have no idea how that would be possible or even if the
stress
of doing it to both me and baby would benefit us that much down the line.

Feeling Right
There seems to be no definite triggering obsession other than the
stress
of aging and retirement, but over the last few months it seems to be getting worse. I had traditional therapy as a teenager, before OCD was considered a neuro disorder rather than from dysfunctional past experiences.

Can you offer me some tips on my anxiety?
And while I am trapped in this painful situation and not able to do anything, the voice will force me to think that my competitors are trying their best and I will fall behind, which just adds more
stress
and makes it more difficult for me to get started!

Newport (Gwent) Marathon 28 April 2024
There was some
stress
on the eve of the event as, in spite of the taper, my legs were stiff and achey, and I discovered that no public transport option would work for a 9am start. In the event, my wife drove me in and traffic wasn't a problem.

Is it possible to relapse after 9 months of being well from PMR
have started to have the symptoms of PMR again, stiffness in the morning (to say the least) aching neck, sleeping for 2 hours every afternoon, I am due to go to the hospital again Wednesday, is this normal for it to come back, I have recently ended an extremely stressful job after 4 months of high

If Garmin says 'no', do you listen?
Unsurprisingly, my recorded
stress
level is glaringly high all through the night. Garmin tells me I may be over-exercising. Well no! Just no. I have barely run in the last month or more because of my hip niggle, I've done a couple of short rides, but nothing strenuous.

Change of Diagnosis
After 3 weeks of
stress
and anxiety. Increased symptoms and sleepless nights.Turns out its not Atrial fibrillation but normal sinus rhythm fast rate. So was due to start Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg, once daily. Except I take an ssri that interacts with it.

Enough Pred for the life you lead
We’re all different and I’d guess it depends somewhat on how you feel about the
stress
and the cause of the
stress
, whether you feel overwhelmed, whether it’s someone you love, and I’d guess also it doesn’t matter at higher doses.

Smoking and IVF
I did smoke a few sticks (less than 10) during these 2 months due to very
stress
. I'm due for retrieval in Aug. Wanted to ask if anyone similar situation as me. Did ur past smoking affect ur egg quality?

Why stay?
It feels like I exist to absorb
stress
and anxiety and pain to make a few more dollars to survive. Rinse. Repeat. Never enough. Never getting ahead. Often falling further behind.

Gp reluctant to refer daughter to Endocrinologist
Her Gp has referred her for CBT because of her anxiety and
stress
. She is anxious and stressed because of not being listened too. Considering she is hypothyroid she cannot put weight on which I thought was strange. Saying that I rather she was thin and not the weight that I am.

Husbands depression, adha, has ruined early Christmas with family
I've been seeing a therapist for over a year now because his depression meant he quit his job and I was under a lot of
stress
to pay rent, bills, food. My therapist often asks me if I think of ending the relationship.

Taking Nuclear test in Upright Position in something like a dentist chair.
I just wanted to pass on that there are two options for the nuclear
stress
test if suggested by your cardiologist. If you would like to see the upright chair, google nuclear stess test upright and you will be able to find an image of it.

Rhinitis Medicamentosa/A.F./Hip Replacement
The problem now is that I just cannot survive without the spray each day as otherwise my nose seals shut & my head/neck throb with pressure more so when I become stressed or anxious about anything (yes I AM the world's worst
stress
-head) (such a relief to use the spray!)

The Role of Exercise in Mental Health and Longevity: A Personal Exploration
As a relatively new father approaching middle age, I've come to value exercise as a way to reduce
stress
, find peace, and maintain my health for the years ahead, so I can enjoy time with my child as they grow.
