stress and endo
I hadn’t realised how much of a connection there seems to be between
stress
and endo! Does anyone else really suffer with pain/have a flare up on a stressful day? And what do you do to help?

Pain...
This pain could possibly be from other digestive issues that I have but pain causes me
stress
so that's why I ask. Thanks

i feel like my brain is shutting down
Physically, I feel like I'm coming down with something but I know that it's probably just
stress
. It would be wise to remove myself from stressors but I've decided to stay at my mother's house and make sure my sister is taken care of.

The
stress
, months of agonising pain, and the trauma of getting medical professionals to take me seriously for something so inherently minor clearly did a number on my body because I started experiencing tingling in my hands and feet that quickly spread to my entire body.

Update on me
I rang this morning to see how his first night was, he'd vomited a little which she said was due to the
stress
of the move, but then he was fine and slept well. Last night was the first decent sleep I've had since his operation, and I even dreamt he was home.

going in circles
She isn’t helping me to cope with my depression and
stress
. She is more interested in switching my meds. One of my biggest problems is I can’t stand up to anyone and say what I’m thinking. I feel like I’m going in circles. I’m talking to a therapist to help with
stress
and she’s stressing me out!

All this
stress
hasn't helped me but at least I have got what is rightly mine. Anyone who is having problems with PIP persevere with it. I did and I got it.

stress

Cortisol result help in interpreting please
Cortisol levels will rise briefly after eating, and also rise in response to
stress
and in those taking steroids (even as creams or asthma inhalers). Correlation with a serum sample taken around 9am would be useful. Repeat 24 hour collection also could be considered to check for consistency.'

Mom can't stop crying - i can't calm. Sis was out yesterday and a neighbour locked her on the roof and called the police. Emergency
Fortunately mom was just mad how the neighbour was so terrible. And caused her (and us) more
stress
. She already had
stress
at work. I can't help. I think she's crying now. Are we cursed or something? Mom always has 1354345 problems. Idk what to do. I can't help.

OCD during pregnancy
I am trying very hard to manage all this
stress
, but some times I feel so disappointed and lonely. I wash my hands all the time... I feel like my loved ones - including my husband - don't seem to understand how tough OCD can be.

Hypothyroidism symptoms, in range results, potential next steps?

tapering issues
At the same time as my reduction I have been under a lot of
stress
so that could be making things worse! Question is this my adrenals being slow ? And should I start another taper to 4.5 or wait until they catch up.
