Mom can't stop crying - i can't calm. Sis was out yesterday and a neighbour locked her on the roof and called the police. Emergency
Fortunately mom was just mad how the neighbour was so terrible. And caused her (and us) more
stress
. She already had
stress
at work. I can't help. I think she's crying now. Are we cursed or something? Mom always has 1354345 problems. Idk what to do. I can't help.

stress and endo
I hadn’t realised how much of a connection there seems to be between
stress
and endo! Does anyone else really suffer with pain/have a flare up on a stressful day? And what do you do to help?

Work and Endo/Adeno
A little advice needed: I left my job back in January due to symptoms being at a point hat I wasn't fit to go to work, and being a high-
stress
job I wonder if that exacerbated my symptoms....?

going in circles
She isn’t helping me to cope with my depression and
stress
. She is more interested in switching my meds. One of my biggest problems is I can’t stand up to anyone and say what I’m thinking. I feel like I’m going in circles. I’m talking to a therapist to help with
stress
and she’s stressing me out!

What Helps Me With Hypochondria
Intense exercise ALWAYS make me feel better both because it's a
stress
release and because I find myself thinking that if I can exercise this hard, I can't really be sick. 4. I use 4 "ifs".

Rate and rhythm meds pre ablation
Stress
is my main trigger. If I take both the Bis and Flec daily I remain in NSR, no hint of AF, no ecotopics, strange sensations, so meds are controlling the AF nicely. I feel good as.

Echocardiogram Test in London so means another expensive round trip. It was mentioned when met surgeon in April (in London) but nothing said in their letter after.

Good Lord another symptom… neuropathic itch/neurodermatitis… calling all fibromyalgia people to weigh in please!
my search to this: https://www.verywellhealth.com/extreme-itch-in-fibromyalgia-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-3972965 I have no pain points, but of my dwindling Thyroid symptoms these are left and overlap with what I’m reading: fatigue is getting worse recently, brain fog is blending with the emotional

"Underlying conditions" with AF, but I don't have one...
The same book insists that a major overhaul of diet/exercise//sleep/
stress
habits can put AF into long-term remission (not quite a cure, but I'd take it!).

If the first attack happened due to extreme
stress
(bereavement), how do I prevent another attack because sometimes life is extremely stressful? Does this mean I won't get old? Thank you

OCD during pregnancy
I am trying very hard to manage all this
stress
, but some times I feel so disappointed and lonely. I wash my hands all the time... I feel like my loved ones - including my husband - don't seem to understand how tough OCD can be.

tapering issues
At the same time as my reduction I have been under a lot of
stress
so that could be making things worse! Question is this my adrenals being slow ? And should I start another taper to 4.5 or wait until they catch up.

Changing tones
I also get the same increases with
stress
and exercise After a shortly while it does back to base level . I trust this won’t make it worse in the long term? I also note that my T can react to some background noises and remain at a higher level for a short while.
