Curious about my experiance. Interested in what others think?
No mention of Christmas
stress
and by the way, my partner died literally over night of sepsis the day after I dropped from 12.5 to 10. I spent some time reading this morning here through about maybe not dropping down in winter and taking a year or more to go down 5mg and I am just confused.

Cortisol result help in interpreting please
Cortisol levels will rise briefly after eating, and also rise in response to
stress
and in those taking steroids (even as creams or asthma inhalers). Correlation with a serum sample taken around 9am would be useful. Repeat 24 hour collection also could be considered to check for consistency.'

Hypothyroidism symptoms, in range results, potential next steps?
Previously I've been tested by a GP for B12 deficiency, celiac disease and thyroid issues amongst other things, and while I haven't seen the results they've always said the results are fine, and that my symptoms are due to

Rate and rhythm meds pre ablation
Stress
is my main trigger. If I take both the Bis and Flec daily I remain in NSR, no hint of AF, no ecotopics, strange sensations, so meds are controlling the AF nicely. I feel good as.

Elevate heart rate to self revert AF
Anyway I’ve had a serious amount of
stress
last few weeks and it decided to make an appearance while playing a game of chess of all things 🙄 obviously it hit me like a ton of bricks as it’s not jumped out for quite a while now.

ADAA personal story: Finding the Light at the End of the Tunnel
I was able to learn how to deal with my
stress
and anxiety without letting it consume my everyday life. Meditation, prayer, and getting outside has made a huge change when I'm feeling unordinary. Having a good support system was a huge benefit.

Will the cardiologist listen if I show them my Fitbit heart rate graphs?
I was told I'd be having tests like an echocardiogram and maybe a
stress
test but my letter says it's a 10 minute video call with the cardiologist. I have palpitations that are being managed with beta blockers but I'm still getting sudden spikes in my heart rate which are captured by my Fitbit.

2023: W9R - Mental victory! :-)
After that, running is about
stress
and fatigue that will last for several days. I prefer to take it slow. I did it today and it was nice. - The difference in measurement when I push myself and when I run as slowly as possible is minimal. The only result is
stress
and misery.

"Underlying conditions" with AF, but I don't have one...
The same book insists that a major overhaul of diet/exercise//sleep/
stress
habits can put AF into long-term remission (not quite a cure, but I'd take it!).
