Acupuncture/Amiodarone... a study
I continue to try and identify triggers and make adjustments to avoid / reduce
stress
. I take Magnesium Taurate, fish oil, eat bananas, and meditate - not necessarily in that order.

cortisol and adrenaline - stress system seems broken - exaggerated response to normal stress
My problem now is that small
stress
causes a large effect. One example : I was waiting for an online sale. I noticed it had arrived, and a bolt of adrenaline like lightning went through my body. It took a week for my heart to go back to normal, and stop waking me with a surge near morning.

I have had 3 falls at work and am currently off with Work Related
Stress
. I am deaf and wear hearing aids in both ears. Add that to the tinnitus and I basically struggle to hear within the classroom and get stressed quite easily due to the noise, dizziness and balance issues.

I really need blood tests to try and work out if it is low vits or
stress
triggering alopecia. I am also taking Vit D and cod liver oil supplements along with ( but not at same time as) levothyroxine and One- Alpha alfacalcidol for hypothyroidism and hypoparathyroidism . I do not have a thyroid.

Found these for stress/anxiety
My sister in law sent me these in a care package years ago and forgot all about them until the other day- found on Amazon. They are made with plants-Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, and Star of Bethlehem. I just had one and I’m yawning. I think whether or not it’s a placebo effect I like

self-care isn't just hard, it's infuriating (for me)
It's possible that the nightmares are just a combination of
stress
and trauma resurfacing but I have little desire to calm myself down. I don't just have a lack of enjoyment when trying to do self-care, I get extremely angry and uncomfortable.

GCA and prednisolone reduction while taking Leflunomide
And this while I am having
stress
of my 89 year old mother having to move to a care home against her wishes and blaming me! I've now had a further Rheumy consult and he has proposed reducing pred by 1mg a month until I reach 5mg. I asked about tapering but he said to simply reduce each month.

Advice on interpreting test result and deciding on action
I am also dealing the with the death of a close friend and the imminent death of a friend so my
stress
levels are high. My CRP has gone from 8.1 to 13.6. Mg/L. When I was first diagnosed in March 2021 it was 87.7 Mg/L.

constant feeling of needing to go to the toilet
However, due to a change in job my
stress
levels have increased and I had a flare that is lasting now for three weeks. During this three weeks I have been experiencing a new symptom. I felt the constant need of going to the toilet.

Seeking support
We don't have any kids but it concerns me that I wouldn't be able to handle the
stress
properly if i can even compose my self. We recently lost some pets and I'm sure that has an effect on mental capacity. I tend to feel better as the day goes on. Just looking for support.

Should I sell and retire with PSA at 0.1 following 9 months undetectable?
While this value is still relatively low, it has understandably caused me some
stress
and uncertainty. I worry that this is likely to be a sign of progression to castrate resistance and stressed in a similar way to the initial PC diagnosis.

Has anyone had hysteroscopy without GA?
I am tempted to go for the option in my local clinic where they don’t use GA, so I don’t have to put myself through the
stress
and go to hospital etc. but I am really nervous about the pain, especially if they need to remove anything! Has anyone had this done and had some sort of local anesthetic?

Hello,I deal with major depression and anxiety. I also do my best to deal with Complex PTSD everyday. The effects it has on me are severely ruining my marriage. I don't know what to do.
