Can't handle stress…
OK… I'm having a bit of a crisis, and it's shone a light on how badly I deal with
stress
. It feels like something's physically broken and has been for a long time, possibly since early childhood. (I'm now in my fifties.)

I try to stay positive and live as
stress
free life as possible. I have damage to my nerves system, which causes all kinds of serious health problems. Remaining happy, calm and
stress
free is extremely important. I am going through a very stressful situation right now.

Flare or hiccup or stress?
My question is can
stress
by itself cause a flare? We are trying to move house, never a straight-forward process, but lately things outside our control are conspiring against us. My brain has gone into overdrive as I am trying to think of solutions and ways around what we face.

Dobutamine Stress Test Echocardiogram
Hi.I am due to have the above test in a week and I was wondering if it will leave me feeling exhausted as ive got work the following day. Im not looking forward to it to be honest the idea of having my heart artificially sped up is a worry to me.

Can
stress
make symptoms of E T worse? I had a few stressful moments this week and I’ve been feeling extremely tired, more than normal, nauseous, pain in my leg and foot.. Just wondered why I would feel so much worse than normal Thank you

Flare, stress and v low :(
Fatigue & brain fog are constant, many stiff and painful joints and have elevated CRP (mines never really been elevated)
stress
is by far the worst for RA, but my
stress
is unavoidable as I’m facing such financial difficulty. And also no idea on what, how or when I can find a job..

Stress
can be a very destructive force when it comes to myeloma.
Stress

New job stress part 2
I had to call my family and have them talk me off the
stress
lane. When I got home....my anxiety was awful.. I feel stupid and my mind will not calm. My stomach was hungry because I had not eaten today. I had burgers infront of me and I had to throw then out....I felt nauseas looking at them.

Adrenal stress index
I wish to test my adrenals with a 24 hour saliva test, called the ‘adrenal
stress
index’. Any information on how best to get this test done would be welcome.

Pacing and stress concern
Even after having seven years of lupus (and I now have long Covid), I completely didn't get that a crash could come 2-3 days after overdoing it, and I can now see when I'm overdoing it because my heart rate shoots up even doing the slightest thing, which indicates when my body is under
stress
.

Finals Stress
Hey, so I'm new here, and I'm a 2nd year college student, and I just finished my finals. I found out that I failed two of my classes. This isn't the first class I've failed. Both my parents and I have poured a lot of money into college, and I enjoy going to the college I go to. I just feel really lost
