Treadmill stress test.
Hi all, My cardiologist has referred me for a treadmill
stress
test to check my chronotropic response to exercise. Has anyone had one before? From what I've read it's to check my hr during exercise. Any advice or views on it? Thank Taz.

Recovery from stress/burnout
Pretty sure my current symptoms are
stress
-related as we’ve had 2 really tough years at home with my husband fighting a discrimination case at work (this is now settled) and my autistic son really struggling at school and with anxiety among other things.

Stress over adult daughter
Our adult daughter is in an unhappy marriage, and I am unable to separate my happiness from her lack of happiness. They have four kids under 10 and she is a stay-at-home mom, so just leaving him isn’t an option. I think about her and the kids every waking moment, and that is affecting my relationship

"Failed" exercise stress test
Cardiologist did an exercise
stress
test on Tuesday and stopped the test after 3 minutes. He told me I have ischaemic heart disease - which is a bit galling as I have never smoked and do not eat red meat, cheese, eggs etc. - and it came as a bit of a shock!

IBS/Covid/Stress - Help!
I would just like some advice as to what coping techniques people use if they have
stress
related IBS. I cannot stop doing what I am doing for my parents or stop working, if it's not going to improve so would welcome any advice as to how people get by.

Stress
!!!
Stress
is the problem. Depression, anxiety, ocd, a son that is in a constant state of being angry, a husband who is demeaning and treats me like crap. There's no
stress
in my life!! So how do I manage this? How do I stay calm? I see no future. I see no hope.

Difference in levels-stress?
I'm wondering if
stress
can cause TSH to go up or down? Dr. Says this is in normal range for lab- but normal is 0.3 so I'm right of the edge and my TSH had never been this low... Could it be stess? Time of day? Food intake? I'm making Dr. Appointment as want to discuss it.

symptoms and stress
Wondering if the anxiety and the fact that my body was going into high
stress
mode just minimized my symptoms. Is this something that happens?

Stress and ectopic/palpitations link?
Hello, I am wondering if anyone here knows more about the link between chronic
stress
and ectopics. Is there one? And if there is, is it immediate or chronic that poses a risk? My doctors tell me I have both PVCs and PACs.
