Has anyone cancelled a transfer due to significant stress / wider issues?
I am worried to do the transfer whilst under significant
stress
/ potential distress. Whether it was positive or negative I am unsure if I could cope. I am considering cancelling. Has anyone had similar and what did you do? Thank you. Xx

overwork factor?
theories i've heard that make sense to me include:
stress
, glyphosate, iodine, hormones in meat... and it occurs to me that maybe we are a bunch of overworkers.

Pacemaker Needed
I had angina symptoms (light-headed, breathlessness, tight chest) and was referred to my local hospital for a
stress
test on a tread mill which I had this morning. My BP was checked every three minutes while I was walking. Started off fine - no problems - BP 160/90 while walking briskly.

Study shows how brain cells of males and females respond differently to stress
The researchers hope that the findings will eventually lead to sex-tailored therapies for
stress
-related related psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic
stress
disorder (PTSD), and also some
stress

Confusing Tinnitus
I don't have any head or neck injuries that I am aware of (although I tend to suffer from
stress
related tense muscles etc) Does this sound familiar to anyone? Or does anyone know what sort of tinnitus I am experiencing? Thank you.

endometriosis and hot weather
I’m not sure if it’s just the
stress
of being so hot is causing endo symptoms (
stress
is probably the biggest cause of flare ups for me), but just noticed this week with temperatures being 30 degrees in the UK, I’ve had a lot more endo pain than usual xx

So tired of things
It's all I can do to keep up with running my solo law practice and keeping us solvent which is enough to
stress
me out all the time. I have a great girlfriend, but I worry about whether I can keep that together too.

Putting it out their
Also am uncomfortable daily, the
stress
of it gets a bit much and am in a stressful job which is not helping. What do you do to cope? Exercises? How do people cope with work as its not something I can broadcast but it's really grating on me now and becoming more difficult to manage.

Never give up !!!
My life was wonderful, I had 27 years and then in 2020 my son passed and I was under so much
stress
that I lost my will to go on and my transplant failed. I have since been on home hemodialysis for 3.5 years now waiting for my 2nd transplant.

Reaching out to other sufferers
I'm sure it's not
stress
. I can have an unexpected attack whilst relaxing reading a book. I've tried the fodmap diet, cutting all the triggers, nothing works. And I don't understand why I can eat the same food on several occasions, and get no reaction, then suddenly it's a problem.

Hello! New to the group
I was diagnosed with depression for about a decade and have been taking medicine since then. I also believe I have anxiety and A-PTSD. I am curious about how much a medicine helps or supports with depression because I feel like it helps but not all the time. Some days are difficult and some less or numb

Reduce screen time with the FREE Google Docs speech typing and editing tool.
As you know by now you need to use a computer to do most things and if you can reduce the time spent writing stuff out there is less visual
stress
and less fatigue. Google Docs has a FREE tool where you can write a document, letter or anything down by just talking into your microphone.

I’ve had cardiological testing 10 months ago e.g echocardiogram, nuclear
stress
test, 24 hour holter monitor, and 10 day round the clock study. All the test according to my cardiologist came back normal; aside from the LBBB.
