PMR again ?
I have developed stiffness and aching in hips down to knees and am wondering whether the PMR has come again due to
stress
. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on 11th October and am currently on Letrozole to (hopefully !) shrink the tumour before lumpectomy.

Stress
is not a trigger for me, I personally think it’s maybe food related, however, not had anything unusual. My question is, do I do as much as I can physically (I get short of breath in Afib) or do I rest?

Grueling stress and health anxiety
As some of you may have read in my earlier posts the last couple weeks, it's been a very hectic and stressful time. I work in a 6 story building that is being sold and since I'm in Facilities, we've got the bulk of clean up/clean out responsibility. In addition, not knowing where we're we moving to yet

Actemra and diverticulitis- a link?
I’ve been on Actemra for about 6 months, am still on 17.5 prednisolone and have had to increase to 20 or 25 several times for flares,
stress
etc, so it doesn’t seem to be helping to save the steroids.

Changes
I am a natural overthinker so have to do my best to keep my
stress
in check, I do try to meditate each night (I normally pass out 2 mins in lol). I eat and sleep the best I can with a 21 month old demanding most of my energy when I'm not working lol.

But I’m fitter, lighter and stronger, love the time to myself and find the couch to 5k a massive

T4 level rise
Not taken anything new, had no
stress
or illness this month, it’s been a pretty quiet one! If it’s not a lab error could it be due to another autoimmune disease that I don’t know of? Thanks xx

Thank you: a good outcome with Flec, just in time
I was very nervous about the MRI because it includes a
stress
test that mimics exercise putting the heart under even more pressure and
stress
. However, having talked to the doctors I was reassured that the
stress
test would be short lived and upon that news I agreed to go ahead with the MRI.

in a pit I can’t get out of.
And the
stress
of thinking about it makes m3 worse. My friends are maybe offended as when I got in touch via text they didn’t respond. I understand if that is the case. No one can depend on me. How do I break the cycle? Medication doesn’t work, nor did counselling.

Poor converter?
I’m following gluten free diet, same brand Levo, could be better with
stress
management but walk dog daily and prioritise sleep. Am I a poor converter maybe? I have tried reading books about this but I can’t get my head around it.

I am literally not doing well at all.

How do you cope with the waiting?
The waiting at every step is creating a level of
stress
I am finding hard to deal with. The PSMA scan my husband had scheduled on Wednesday was pushed to next week because they are waiting on tracer. Honestly, it feel like two steps forward and one step back all the time.
