overwork factor?

alright, i think thyroiditis and graves'and maybe even hypothyroidism could have overwork as a cause.who here has worked too much, too hard, for too long, and probably still doing it?

do lazy relaxed people get thyroid conditions?

theories i've heard that make sense to me include: stress, glyphosate, iodine, hormones in meat...

and it occurs to me that maybe we are a bunch of overworkers.

those days are over for me, i can barely sit up at a desk for 90 minutes, as i have had chronic exhaustion for nearly 17 years (with a couple of improved years in it);

some overtime, lots of travel, not any shiftwork, i just did too much.

I'm learning to relax, just not any good at it.

i used to be rather lazy as a kid though. wish i could get part way back to that.

i need to have less need for getting things done,

or just not need to do them all at once.

i saw a really nice bike today.

ok take care
