Never give up !!!

My name is Vicki, I am a waiting for my second kidney transplant. Both of my kidneys failed when I was 32 years, my children were 1 @ 2 years. I was on hemodialysis in center for 2 years and then got a lifesaving transplant. My life was wonderful, I had 27 years and then in 2020 my son passed and I was under so much stress that I lost my will to go on and my transplant failed. I have since been on home hemodialysis for 3.5 years now waiting for my 2nd transplant. I get frustrated at times and it feels like I will never get another " gift " but I will it's just taking longer because my anti-body's are so high from my past transplant and blood transfusions. I just want anyone out there who is waiting for a match to know it will happen and it is a great gift and a better alternative to dialysis. God bless.
