Discovered Something New
I discovered something new this week...apparently my brother is a trigger for my anxiety, depression, ptsd, etc. Kinda sucks since I love him more than anything. I don't know how to have a regular day without not talking to my brother. Does anyone have any coping mechanisms that might help?

Stress Fracture of Sacrum
I am a 76-year-old female recently diagnosed with a
stress
fracture in my sacrum. I have been to several doctors, but there doesn't seem to be anything that they can do except pain management. Any suggestions? How long does this take to heal? Thanks Martha

Following on from a conversation with another user, I found this article, that I thought confirms how important self-care is when dealing with a diagnosis like FND:https://www.topchiro.co.uk/blog/rest-digest-and-repair-how-to-stop-

Fatigue only when running.
He had a negative
stress
-echo test. within past 6 months. Admittedly we live at altitude in the mountains, so running has never been "easy" but he is concerned about the change. Any thoughts as to the cause, and potential treatments, as this seems different from other definitions of CLL fatigue?

Travel insurance to the US
However, my first episode was in the US at 2am on the trip last year (it's an annual business trip. ) It was pretty stressful, especially as I didn't know what was happening - the
stress
being compounded by the thought of a horrendous bill if I called 911.

IBS Followup
Things must have settled down for quite a while but having the same problem again (probably fired off by
stress
). I saw another gastro guy who suggested try Fybogel and I'm seeing a Dietician soon to get their view.

Gemtesa (Vibegron) cost
Gemtesa has proven to be very reliable at fixing my
stress
incontinence. But, I’m 75 and on US Medicare. Cost is around $500 per month. Discounts only with private insurance. My usual ‘tricks’, Canada, Vanuatu don’t have the drug.

can't access prescription
I feel like this doctor wasted my time and money and I'm still in the same position I was before I was diagnosed, struggling and
stress
and sleep-deprived. Does anyone have advice for what I can do to expedite this process?
