Magnesium and heat and Pregabalin
From my research it seems that Magnesium Oxybate is the interaction problem, and I am supposing not other forms of magnesium? Second query: I have stored some Pregabalin in my car glove compartment for emergencies and now have to take them waiting for a renewal and I am wondering if heat can affect

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Inulin improves gut health in humans in part by stimulating the growth of beneficial bifidobacteria
I need smartypants to figure out if this inulin is good or bad please. https://selfhacked.com/blog/health-benefits-inulin/ Inulin is present in 36,000 plant species including those we consume in our daily diets such as wheat, onion, bananas, garlic, and asparagus. They are also found in less common foods

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Ashermans syndrome, endometrium 2.5mm, poor responder, trying ICSI one last time for surrogacy
Hi everyone, I’ve started a short protocol this week 450 Ovaleap to combine with Menopur from day 8 to try and get a blastocyst to freeze for potential surrogacy After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange

Two lots of test results from same blood draw - but the FT4 results do not match
Hi, I recently organised to do blood tests through Blue Horizon then my GP said I needed to do some, so I had the blood taken for both at the same time. My relevant Blue Horizon test results are: TSH <0.05 [0.27 - 4.20] FT3 4.85 [

Blood test results
Thank you all for responding so quickly and for the information already given. I didn't think about not taking medication for 24 hrs before taking a thyroid test. This might explain why I have just got a message from the doctor saying that my last blood test (last Tuesday) produced normal results.

PPi s and Magnesium
I've just been watching a video of Sanjay Gupta on Vagas connections between heart and stomach I was surprised when he said that PPis depleted magnesium but that it couldn't be replaced by a supplement and you should stay off them a few days to allow the magnesium to do its good work. Is this common

X-ray showed 'borderline/early stage' arthritis in my hip. Can this be caused by B12D, be 'reversed, is it worth pushing for rheumatology?
I had xrays of left hip & right shoulder, ordered by GP. Just found out that the left hip apparently showed borderline, early stage arthritis changes. I'm 45. Ith my B12D I've had a lot of stiffness and feeling of being immobile, slow and inflexible, pains in legs, ankles, arms, elbows, hands, both

Advice on asthma as I have run out of options !
I recently visited someone with a cat for about an hour and ended up having a big asthma flare up. I went to hospital twice for nebs and one of these I required magnesium. I didn't have a big wheeze but was told they thought that was likely as I couldn't get enough air entry. 1 week later and I'm still

Vit D and Magnesium
I'm still trying to figure out why Vit D causes me tinnitus, can't even have Almond milk because it contains Vit D, so annoying and it keeps coming back to magnesium deficiency, however my last blood test showed my magnesium was 1.03 (0.7-1.0) so shows its high. I'm not sure if I was dreaming it but

Please could I have help with my results?
My Blue Horizon doctor’s report says borderline hyper & positive thyroid antibodies result increases the possibility of my having, or developing autoimmune thyroid disease. I think this is the 3rd private test showing positive antibodies Test was taken 24 hours after last dose of Levo, no food /drink
