Where do you all buy your magnesium taurate from in the UK? Difficult to find a reputable source. When I look into which kind of magnesium supplements contain, some are just not acceptable.
Thanks in advance 😀

Hi Suzie I use Biocare biocare.co.uk/magnesium-tau...
prompt delivery no problems,,,
Biocare are extremely expensive per mg. I buy Best Immune 500mg vegan capsules on Amazon for 10p each (approx £10 per 100). I take one per day.Note that Magnesium taurate is very similar to Magnesium Glycinate, Malate and Citrate. They all do the same thing. The experts advise us to avoid Oxide.
Magnesium was one of the key supplements that stopped my ectopics and AF.

Another vote for Biocare here, too. I’ve always found their supplements to be of good quality.
Hi Suzi, I also use Biocare Magnesium Taurate
Same, also been using Biocare for a few months and getting good results taking two a day, a bit pricey but they work well. My PVC's are markedly less.
I'd like to know if the price could be lowered for bulk purchase, I'd be happy to buy 12 months worth if it bought the price down a fair bit, knowing they are working for me. £16 odd a month is a bit salty. I will send them an e mail and see what they say.

I have used Cardiovascular Research brand for years now but the price has gone up considerably. Just ordered some from iherb which has cost £32.24 in total for a 3 month supply which to me is very good value for that brand. x
I’ve used iherb for my last few orders. Never had any issues. uk.iherb.com/pr/cardiovascu...
Biocare are pretty reliable on all their supplements. Amazon sell it and I have it on order every couple of months
I have stopped getting supplements from Amazon and get them directly from the manufacturer .A couple of times my Amazon purchase have not been sealed also one container had some of the content missing.
Hi SuziElly, I buy my Magnesium Taurate from the Ethical Nutrition.Co I'm very pleased with it and have certainly had fewer AF episodes since I have been on it.
I think this is the one that was recommended by Dr Sanjay Gupta - well known to many on this group.

Hi Suzi, I get mine from holland and barrett.
I take these from Amazon, £8 for three months supply"Magnesium Citrate 500mg 120 Capsules - Providing 150mg of Active Elemental Magnesium".
Hi Suzi,
I get mine from Ethical Nutrition, they're in packets which can go through the letter box and seem to be a quality product.
I wouldn't buy Vytox from Amazon as I'm sure these are fakes...be careful, there are plenty of fakes out there.
Good luck
Yes, that’s what I was afraid of. I’ve discovered that the ones I’ve been buying from Healthspan are magnesium oxide 😢
I take both Magnesium Taurate and Magnesium Glycinate, 400 mg each, which I find a very helpful combination. The brand is "KAL." I am in the U.S. and buy it online either at The Vitamin Shoppe or on Amazon. Good luck!
Triple Magnesium Complex from igennus on either eBay or Amazon.Contains Mag Citrate, Taurate and Bisglycinate.
Taking one with each meal divides the dose into morning, midday and evening, which maximises daily absorption.
That's what I use anyway! Does seem to help.
+1 for Ethical Nutrition. I get the Magnesium Taurate.
