B12 loading doses
Hey guys, I have recently received 4/6 of my loadind doses of b12. When I reached the 3rd injection, the day after, I started to twitch a lot mostly in my arms and legs but also the odd twitch in my back or neck (doesnt occur very often). I have read about nerves "waking up" so to speak, but the injections

Supplements to help thiamin (B1) therapy
I recently saw my neurologist & he wants to put me on Opicapone, as my off times are getting longer, however I would rather like to give the B1 therapy another go before trying this new medication. This time with magnesium & B complex. I need to know when to take these supplements and at what dosage

Magnesium question
Hi all I've been taking the BetterYou D3000+k2 spray since 9th September. I've stopped taking a multivitamin and intend to replace the iron, B vitamins etc on an individual basis over the next months. Originally I wasn't going to replace magnesium as a matter of course but my latest magnesium blood

Any suggestions as to how to stop spotting?
hey We’ve been TTC since November. No luck yet. I’ve got stage 4 endometriosis and I’m constantly spotting each month. Sometimes it’s only 2 or 3 days before period, sometimes it’s 7 days before period. One day it’ll be brown and the next bright red. Every month I know I’m not pregnant because of

Good site for vegan nutrition info and some supplements I take
https://veganhealth.org/daily-needs/ For a good B12 source would recommend the 3 natural form supplement here : https://www.sunday.de/en/vitamin-b12/. 500mcg per day is a good safe dosage. You cannot overdose on B12 and although 500mcg seems like a lot, only an estimated 6-7mcg are absorbed of this

Iron supplementation
I apologize, I have been looking at past posts but having trouble finding the best answer. I most likely have RLS, and doc wants to increase my Ferritin to 100. They recommend iron but don't say what kind, or how best to take it. Other then that the Neurologist was fantastic. So I was hoping some

Update on magnesium supplement for missed beats.
I had Covid early in 2020 and immediately noticed missed heartbeats at a fairly constant rate. Quite a common after effect I've been told. Cardiology put me on a Holter and told me I had sinus node disease and second degree heart block and inserted a pacemaker to stop bpm going too low whilst asleep

Week 9 run 3 - DONE!
Last run of the programme completed this afternoon, in bright sunshine. I'm particularly pleased that I've managed to finish as I originally started the C25K back in May but had to stop as I had injured my back. It would be over 8 weeks before I could begin to run again, starting over at Week 1.

Just wondering whether i should Invest in these things and what you think about them, do you have experience, what

Moving into permanent Afib?
Hi everyone, I read this forum regularly & over the last 3 years have received some very helpful advice from you lovely knowledgeable people. I don’t often comment as I don’t feel I’d have anything useful to contribute, of course if everyone thought like that there’d be no forum, so thank you!!! Ok
