FET supliments??

So after a hellish week of waiting for a phone call, I was advised today that I have 2 frozen embryos! Feel like I can relax and breath again!

Not having my FET for a few months. I was looking for some pre- FET supliment advice?

Pre egg-collection I have been taking high dose Folic Acid, Vitamin D, CoQ10, DHEA, Magnesium, Zinc and Omega 3. Not sure if all of these are relevant now, or shall I carry on as normal??

Any supliment advice for a successful FET??

I have stopped coq10 but carrying on with vitd and folic acid. Have you asked your clinic for advice?

On the advice of a nutritionist I took Omega 3, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Pre-natal with Methylated folate, amino acid powder, iodine (because I was deficient), magnesium and a probiotic. I think the most important ones are Vitamin D (which ideally you would find out what level you are at so you know how much to take - I tested through an online company called medichecks) pre-natal and Omega 3. Hi Jamlily. I would check with your clinic/GP and see whether you need all those supplements, and at what dose, if you do. Eat a well balances diet with brazil nuts and green vegetables and salad. Good luck! Diane
