Does Life Extension Neuro-Mag supplement [magnesium threonate (Magtein)] have heavy metal contaminant issues?
If anyone has access to Consumer Labs or similar testing data on contaminants in magnesium supplements, can you please check to see if LEF brand's NeuroMag supplement (which is Magtein magnesium threonate) ranks? Also would be interested in ranking/levels of any supplement that contains only Magtein.

Lone Paroxysmal AF or Hypothyroid Symptom?

Swollen ankle and foot
I have HF and my ankle and foot are a bit swollen and legs feel sore. I am putting it down to the hot weather. I'm raising my feet in bed and drinking my 2 litres max and maybe a little more. Going for a lukewarm Epsom salts bath. Any other tips?

Results - don't know what to make of them
I can see Vit D is way too low despite my daily tablet! I've just bought Thorne 25mcg plus K2 200mcg drops so hopefully they are better. I will take them twice a day for the next few weeks then once a day. My Anti thyroid peroxidase antibodies are obviously through the roof but I guess that is because

sleeping pills
MyRLs are becoming a problem and I regularly lose sleep. My GP says my iron test came back normal and wants me to try Pregablin. I am reluctant . I want to explore other alternatives. Do any sleeping pills override the RL ? Magnesium has been suggested… but how much and which one? Any suggestions would

Experimenting on myself, don't all try this at home
This is long but I wanted to share this in the hope this inspires someone, some may think I'm crazy but I just had to find out. I have HOCM, its quite mild and has been so for years. It's hereditary. Im in my 50's . Was sort of bullied by cardiologists to take Beta blockers and have been on a low dose

BONE HELP
I have done so many hours of research on osteoporosis drugs and the natural route. Our bodies fight anything you put into your body that is not of natural substance. Too many people have had terrible results from all these prescriptions. Doctors do not have the time to stay up with research on these

Insomnia
Curious, what is the biggest culprit causing chronic insomnia in my diet Lupron, Zytiga, or Prednisone No matter what time I go to sleep 9,10, or 11. I wake at 3 o'clock every morning. Might be able to grab another hour sometimes. Tried Magnesium L-Threonate, Melatonin, Chamomile tea. Dr gave Trazodone

Calcium citrate
I can’t take calcium carbonate so take this instead but I’m having trouble finding it in a tablet/capsule size I can easily swallow. Citracal Petites are recommended but I can’t find anywhere that sells them in the UK that doesn’t have dreadful reviews on Trustpilot. Any recommendations?

support for tapering ropinerol
I have been on Ropinerol for about 5 years and trying to taper after Increasing the dosage, every year due to earlier leg ache and increased area of pain. When I started it was below my knee and now it’s entire leg. I was up to 2 mg in January and my new primary care suggested I could cut my pill in
