Has anyone else tried supplementing potassium to ease arrythmias? I've had a surprising result. Sorry for long post. Magnesium is the oft talked about one for AF or ectopics, and I added magnesium quite a while back, with a marginal though noticeable effect on damping ectopics. I recently checked

Timings of medications
I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to take medication n supplements together at the same time (in the morning) coz if I don’t, I forget to take later in the day. Or is it better to space them out? Which supplements can be take together with dopamine to increase on time? I am on sinemet 100/25 tds, selegiline

Any suggestions on how to battle fear?
Has anyone actually passed out from anxiety? The fear of that happening to me is over whelming. I am worse when I am alone in the house. Yes, I have meds, see a therapist, know all the usual suggestions .....but nothing helps. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope! I have read that magnesium is

Hi, For nearly 3 years I have been having problems with these random (seemingly unprovoked) dizzy spells, dropping sensations and or brain zaps . I mention these three things because sometimes it feels like I have been jolted with electricity, with no warning it just comes out of nowhere . Sometimes

Hello everyone, I am 35 years old, female with Hashimoto's. I take 150mcg levothyroxine and 25mcg liothyronine. Hydration of Levothyroxine: Anhydrous vs. Pentahydrate
Is there a difference as far as patients are concerned? Probably not! We don't always know which form was used in the factory. And we have even less of an idea what form ends up in the tablets. The rest (below) attempts to explain. If you read about levothyroxine, especially as a medicine, you

Extreme fatigue after DMSA
I'm having a weird experience. I am currently on a chelation protocol for elevated lead and mercury (my doctor has me taking 500 mg DMSA 3 times a day for 3 days every 2 weeks). I've been on this protocol in the past with maybe mild fatigue afterwords but nothing noteworthy. While I was in the midst

Urgent advice needed on labs - very very high FT3, I'm freaking out.
Hello, Below are the results of my labs I had done this Friday. I have been taking T3 only for a year. I kept increasing the dose because I don't have any symptoms of hyperthyroid or too much T3. My pulse is around 60, blood pressure is very low, BBT around 36, and that is only recently since I had

Hello - what are other peoples views on taking magnesium supplements. I have read conflicting information on this subject. I have invested in Lee Hull,s book and it states that magnesium is good for the heart as it helps to prevent calcification especially if you are on dialysis. On the other hand I
