Does Hydroxurea give you nightmares?
This year, I had an atypical stroke/
seizure
whilst asleep (after forgetting to take the Cartia) which showed up clearly on an MRI, so I started Hydroxurea (Hydrea) at 1 capsule a day and reduced platelets from 1.1M to 850 over the course of a few weeks.

I have some questions concerning my health regarding suspected lupus! I’d love everybody’s views please!
With my first pregnancy I had a minor
seizure
at the start (but intermittently during my youth I also suffered from strange bouts of fainting and weird shaking fits, I could hear everybody talking like I was under water or black out completely, lost so much weight back then too, very easily) right back

Short term memory loss, switching words?
Hi everyone I’ve been successful in managing my seizures (simple partial, spikes in temporal lobe) with the keto diet and cbd/thc oil, and I’m currently 5 months
seizure
free compared to this time last year with multiple seizures a day.

Healthy Anxiety - Fear of having a seizure
I'm a 26 year old who has never had a
seizure
in my life. My brother had one, one time due to alcohol withdrawal and ever since then I've been afraid I'm going to have a
seizure
. I don't drink or do drugs, I eat healthy, but I've had anxiety since I can remember.

My boyfriend has just been diagnosed with JME and is feeling really low about it. Does anyone have any advice on how best to support him?
He has been waiting for an appointment following a grand mal
seizure
in late June and finally had one - they strongly believe he has JME ( myoclonic, tonic-clonic, and absence seizures).

CBD in lieu of anti convulsants
I’ve been told this is a low dose, but it has been affective in keeping me
seizure
free. Has anyone had experience with weening themselves off of Keppra (or other anti convulsants) and replacing with CBD?

After NHL and BMT
He had 5 rounds of CHOEP and then experienced horrible headaches and a
seizure
which resulted in leptomeneges diagnosis and new course of chemo. After scans with NED he got septic and after months of treatment delay cancer recured. Started using Opdivo in March 2018 and recently scans show NED.

I've had recent "attacks" i guess where i had sudden loss of vision hearing ability to talk or stand resulting most times to slowly falling to the floor with a jerking

Too much love?
This is JEG 325 and I'm not having a very good day today either. 2 days ago, one of my friends had a
seizure
. That upset me. A particular person texts me almost around the clock. The stress of that is killing me.

Severe symptoms months after taking methyl b12
I'm not sure if it was just a panic attack or something like a partial
seizure
. It was the worse feeling I've ever had. I've been really panicky the last couple of days, feeling like i'm gonna pass out, heart sinking feeling/chest tightness, and my neck is really stiff.

Intense head rushes common of panic?
I've been so scared it's seizures since I know all of these can fall under the partial
seizure
umbrella. Had many EEGs, including one 5 day long one in the hospital. All normal results, no abnormalities. (I didn't have very intense attacks however) Has anyone else experienced this?

Age and symptom Dose reduction Xtandi and Zytiga
This conflicts with our MO advice for my husband to get back to full dose after experiencing a
seizure
-like episode and fall. We will go with Snuffy’s opinion.

Found Something Out
I may have had the absent seizures type since I was 12 yrs old & this caused me to get knocked over, but NOTHING was done about it until last yr, I even had a 2 HRS absent
seizure
when I was working nights in an injection moulding factory some yrs ago & they did NOTHING about it!

Neurologist appointment
She said it may be a small
seizure
or high anxiety, but they'll do another EEG. So back I will go... I lost my brother in May suddenly so that may be a contributing factor, but the episode in April was before that.
