Is it something serious?

I've had recent "attacks" i guess where i had sudden loss of vision hearing ability to talk or stand resulting most times to slowly falling to the floor with a jerking seizure like movement with my body with sudden headache or pressure like feeling in my head. Lasting for a few seconds 1 minute at most. Other Times I have similar " attacks" all symptoms are the same except loss of hearing I am able to hear but I break into cold sweats and these "attacks" last anywhere from 2 - 10 mins. Anyone else experience something similar that can help me understand what might be going on?

You need to get it checked out. Possibly nothing, but better to be safe.

Definitely need to get these episodes medicallychecked out as could be fits.

We are not medical advisors here. With such symptoms I'd be asking to see a specialist ASAP.

Good luck

Hi this sounds very familiar, have seen the doctor and now waiting for tests for seizures and also low blood pressure, and have had advice to reduce sensory information. It could be a number of things, ask your GP for tests.

3 questions to use as a guide...

1. Is it a new symptom?

If yes, flag it, if no...

2. Is it happening more frequently?

3. Is it happening with greater intensify?

If yes to either then flag it, if no then find a strategy to manage it.

You're clearly a yes on question 1 .... get a referral to your neurologist.

They'll probably MRI to rule out brain changes, do epilepsy tests, then move forward from there.

It's useful to log what you were doing just before each one as they will try to identify triggers.

Let us all know how you get on.x
