hello all When I have a infection.. so far urine and chest I have different
seizure
to my normal seizures - simple partial .. deja vu With this other

I start laughing then crying hysterically. My hand will move up and down like I’m slapping my leg if I position it there.

Neuropsychology for NEAD
As opposed to having therapy with a counsellor who may never have heard of this disorder before and also not know what to do if the patient has a
seizure
during therapy? I am just wanting to know peoples thoughts 😌 Thank you for taking the time to share.

In early December I had a very bad epileptic
seizure
and fell forwards onto concrete steps (not fun). I spent time in hospital with concussion and severe bruising, especially on my face (I looked something like ‘The Scream’).

My First Post - Mostly Myoclonus
I recently experienced a non-epileptic
seizure
. It was scary but led to this diagnosis. I have had 2 EEGs and 3 MRIs which were all normal. I also have anxiety about all this weirdness and the fact that I have been on clonazepam for a long time and the shaming I get from some neurologists.

I'm new
I had viral encephalitis in December 22 and was admitted to hospital following a
seizure
. I have since been diagnosed with brain scarring and some atrophy. I take Keppra to prevent seizures. I had hoped to recover quicker but I'm finding it a very slow process.

Do anybody get seizures or type of movement disorder from me/cfs?
Just wondering as I'm not diagnosed with cfs but my symptoms point to it.I've been getting constant sore throats from over doing it (that's just getting dressed) then if I push myself even more I get a
seizure
or what looks like a movement disorder (like chorea or something similar).

I’m still trying to get my life back but brain tumor surgery is a big deal to everyone and I don’t want to talk about it anymore.
I am also taking Keppra and the only time I ever had a
seizure
was at the end of my 11 hour surgery

tumour and menopause
I had a
seizure
June 21 and they found a tumour on my temporal lobe. Had it removed, well as much as they could and they also found another small one where they can’t operate. Found out it was grade 4 but since then had radio therapy and a years chemo pills.

Seizures?
What exactly constitutes a
seizure
? I’ve been looking into this in relation to PCS, and had always assumed it was the typical uncontrollable movements. It appears that sudden signs of fatigue and change in breathing can be signs of seizures.

I didn't realise this could happen. ......
It turns out that stress and also heat from outside can make my sodium level drop dangerously to the point it nearly got so low I could have had a
seizure
which is not epilepsy related and end up in a coma. I did not know this would happen being so stressed out.

A Little of My Heart
When I sat in the ER waiting room, holding onto the sides of the chair trying to control my tremors, When I repeatedly told myself for hours, ‘Do not throw up, do not pass out, When I saw you have a
seizure
, I shouted in a deep, loud voice, ‘Nurse,
seizure
,’ sliding to the floor.

Focal Onset Seizures
For the two seizures I’ve had, I’ve been walking/running, had a faint feeling but been totally aware, ignored it, carried on then had a full
seizure
about 2 minutes later. I’ve been told the faint feeling is my ‘aura’. Does anyone else get this? Thanks

Here's the full story
In 2013 I had a
seizure
and after that I has fatigue and my eye would twitch. I thought then I just needed sleep that will fix it. But it did not and in 2015 my right arm started randomly moving. From there it progressed to my left arm to my neck and jaw.
