🏃♀️🏅👩🎓 Graduates’ Club….the Next Steps July week 3 👩🎓🏅🏃♀️
It’s really worth the effort early in your
running
journey to make sure you can find easy
running
when you need it. So try a snail pace run of any length you fancy and let me know how it goes! So have a fantastic week everyone! Come and say hi!

HR low run
An interesting run that was not easy but according to the pundits should improve my
running
. I wonder if anyone else in the group has tried low HR
running
?

Back on that horse
My bike managed to get me home, but it was two weeks before I was putting on the
running
shoes again! Happily, I can report that yesterday's run was shortish and uneventful. I'm back in the saddle! A flamboyance of flamingoes!

An easier run, but the knees aren’t happy
It’s like my left foot has been
running
the Marathon des Sables, not plodding along a riverbank! I’m not sure barefoot shoes for
running
are the way forward for me, but I need something different.

Walk a mile. Run a mile. Smile!
This meant a bit of ducking brambles and listening extra hard for cars who might not see me
running
so close the the edge of the road. I really enjoyed it though. It felt so good to be out and actually

klonopin vs Xanax
I also do a lot of meditation and endurance
running
as some other methods of medicine but totally interested in trying others! Any advice is appreciated ☺️

Despair, a lesson learned, toilet oversharing and a smile
Actually took a Covid test as last time I felt so bad
running
was when I was recovering from C19 last year and I'd had a bad stomach last night. It was negative but then it dawned on me. Bad stomach last night =
running
on very empty but even more importantly dehydrated.

Recommend me a first marathon…
With hindsight, I think it was really good to have another year getting stronger and
running
regularly before having a go at the big M! Recovery has gone really well and I’ve got into some good habits. I can hear that little voice of temptation calling me again!

I did the insole check and my foot is a lot wider (oops) time for new shoes
running
wise I found the 5 mins flew and felt I could do longer. Never thought I would feel this good. :) :)

🍂🏃♀️🍂 October Quest week 1: Leaving summer behind! 🍂🏃♀️🍂
Let’s hope we get some beautiful, cold, crisp days that are my favourite of the whole year for
running
. Any other autumn fans out there? I’ve already seen some beautiful photos from posters and would love to see more.

To stretch or not to stretch?
After I’ve finished
running
I need the loo so cannot honestly be bothered with a stretch. Would stretching help my body shape? I was expecting thighs as long, lithe and lean as Mo Farah instead they look like a couple of Bernard Mathews turkey drumsticks……🦃 🤷♀️

Hooray - it’s finally fun!
As someone who once loved
running
, but have been off with injuries and illness for 4-5 years, and found the programme really tough, I am ecstatic to have found the fun again. I know there will always be good and bad runs, but it has been so long since my last truly joyful one.

Fun to Run while traveling:)
Slowly but surely ticking off "States I have run in" :)Ohio is the latest one, and like the others I now have a memorable occurrence to look back on :)
Running
certainly adds a very interesting aspect to new places 🙂👍🏻

Carboplatin alternatives
They do not want to give me weekly Paclitaxel because I reacted badly to it before so I am
running
out of options and depressed by the stats for those unable to have Platinum treatment.

8 weeks pregnant constant nausea
It’s manageable but I’m struggling a bit at work as nothing improves the constant feeling of nausea and I’m
running
out of food options that i can face.

Plan D no monthly payment too good to be true?
"Looking at an expected giant drug cost for 2024 for my wife, and
running
the Medicare compare site it seems that the zero cost Wellcare plan has a lower total cost than any other of the 27 plans offered in my area.

How many days a week do you run?
I'm not there yet and I've been
running
for a while, but I want to take my time to get there. I run about 2/3 days a week. How many days a week are you all
running
?

NRC 10k Plan run 3, a glitch in the Matrix
Eight one minute intervals followed,
running
over the soggy paths saying 'I'm STRONG!'. Luckily there was nobody about. The ground was pretty much waterlogged but the grass was holding the mud at bay as I was
running
in a place that's not quite so popular with dog walkers etc.

My husband died three years ago and my last posting was during his illness when I described myself as "
running
on empty" . The kind messages of love and support on here were beautiful. Since then my life has obviously changed greatly.
