Small person germs!
Just a bit of a sniffle but I knew as soon as I went out for my longer run on Sunday that I was fighting a couple of the blighters as the minute I started
running
my heart rate soared! I managed 30 minutes and then walked home.

A bit more about speed
So, enjoy your
running
. Find out what makes it meaningful for you, and never get hung up on the numbers, they are not necessarily your friend.

Need advice - 2 fertilised, but era results complicate things
It was supposed to be a freeze all cycle as my era results showed that I need to transfer on day 4 instead of 5 (obviously my clinic prefer to transfer day 5 blasts so I'd need to freeze for a future day 4 transfer) 3 fertilised today, 1 abnormal and 2 normal so we've got 2 embryos in the

Hip Bursitis and Thyroid Link
I suffered a hip injury several months ago from
running
. I ended up on crutches and now under a spinal and hip consultants after MRI findings. Part of the MRI results showed I have a hip bursitis with IT band syndrome.

Anyone tried PIP Apixiban, post-ablation?
Hello I am now almost 5 months post-ablation and doing well with no AF/flutters since, and have resumed moderate trail
running
, cycling etc feeling great. I was taken off all medications except apixiban.

Friday calling! Lots of pompoms needed this weekend for our VRBs 🥳🎽👟
Well, this is going to be a bumper pompom wave weekend as we have a flurry of VRBs meeting up,
running
up a storm and, no doubt, getting together afterwards for food, drink and merriment.

Stopping Losartan
I don’t like mistrusting a doctor’s advice, but he seemed in a hurry - he was
running
25mins late - and there wasn’t a lot of room for discussion. At the time I just wanted the rash and the swollen lip to get better, but now I’m worrying about the consequences of abruptly stopping the Losartan.

I Run... and I Ramble... whatever...
I just realised that I have not posted a run or runs for ages... and I wanted to... and whilst I was
running
.. all sorts of funny lines were
running
through my head... so, I do apologise... Floss rambling rhyme coming up! *** I haven't rambled for a while But now, uh oh, I'm back.

Prison
I'm seriously
running
out of titles but on with my problem... I live in a prison, my ex and I still live together for the sake of my kid. But lately he's being very controlling. He tells me what to do when to do but not how he wants it done.

another lovely sunny day.
Strangely although the weather was better and I didn’t run uphill this time as I did on the last run, I found it harder going and ended up not
running
quite as fast or as far but I enjoyed the run and completed it ok so that’s the main thing.

Raising funds - Brighton Marathon places
Maybe your town has a local
running
club you could send this message on to. Maybe someone you work with is a keen runner and wants to do a marathon. Obviously we have covered entry fees and will provide
running
vests with PAS on.

🏃♀️🏅👩🎓 Graduates’ Club….the Next Steps July week 3 👩🎓🏅🏃♀️
It’s really worth the effort early in your
running
journey to make sure you can find easy
running
when you need it. So try a snail pace run of any length you fancy and let me know how it goes! So have a fantastic week everyone! Come and say hi!

Today I ran, and nothing else matters!
The really important thing is how I felt after
running
. The trials and troubles of the past few weeks dropped away as I felt that familiar rush of endorphins, and I walked home with an idiotic smile on my face.

Exbury Gardens 10k No 2 with a long post warning ⚠️
I then ran/walked the rest of the course,
running
down slopes and walking in the sun uphill. I hadn’t heard from Coach Bennett for ages and when I got my phone out he started talking about the 8th km, even though I was well beyond that.

HR low run
An interesting run that was not easy but according to the pundits should improve my
running
. I wonder if anyone else in the group has tried low HR
running
?
