Just finished week 7. Went out in the rain, feeling a bit off. But from my first step my feet felt light, my troublesome hips felt loose (in a good way), and I was on a roll. 20 minutes flew by, and just as I was flagging, my headphones blasted Britney Spears’ Toxic, and I bounced the last stretch.
As someone who once loved running, but have been off with injuries and illness for 4-5 years, and found the programme really tough, I am ecstatic to have found the fun again. I know there will always be good and bad runs, but it has been so long since my last truly joyful one. Listening to Sia’s Unstoppable now to hang on to the feeling!!💪🏻🙌🏻
