this was a very cool run took a couple runs to get my running rhythm sorted but now i have found it the runs alot smoother lungs are handling it well n the soreness in calves goes away halfway thru actually legit excited bout starting w2 in 2days this is what hooked me last time just getting better n better each run n how elated i feel afterwards

Fantastic that you’re already starting to see progress in your fitness…that’s brilliant! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Just on your calf soreness, I’m not sure if this has been suggested already but Oldfloss has a great post up on strength and flex at the the moment with links to some exercises and stretches you can do to support your running. It might be worth checking out the calf ones (and the others!) which could help with those aches.
