Arnika/Methylcobalamin delays

Heads up for anyone ordering from there. I usually have no problem ... I email for latest prices, place an order, pay and receive delivery, all within a week BUT They've been installing a new system for some time now and it's causing problems. It's been taking a week just for replies to emails and there were problems with the phones last week so I couldn't get through to 'deliveries'.

I'd placed an order and payment cleared 6th December. I thought there might be a slight delay due to the ongoing system upgrade and busy time of year so waited a bit, then called Arnika on 14th as I'd not even had a notification from DHL to say they had my package yet.

They were unable to check my order due to problems and ask me to call back Monday (today 18th), or to email...(er, another week to reply?!) . So, I calledthis morning. After 10 minutes in the queue/query/on hold (and phone bill running up), they confirmed they had received payment but needed to look into my order and said they'd call back. An hour later, I got an email saying,

' I'm sorry, but at the moment we are having difficulties sending the goods to the UK. Unfortunately, we will probably not be able to find a solution until the new year. Should we hold your order or refund prepayment.'

I really hope they sort it soon. I thought I'd ordered in plenty of time so as not to run out but these delays running into January are going to cut it fine...
