Hi, well I’ve been a bit worried that I haven’t been able to run for over 2 weeks, due to possible Covid infection!

So I thought that I had enough energy for a short 15 minute walk,

And… it was fine, yes, I coughed & was more puffed than usual, pace was slower of course, but I did it!

And I as so pleased to get out if the house & back into nature!

I will see how the rest of the week goes & try not to stress about not running as much as normal.

I echo what OldFloss said about running slower! It’s really lovely to enjoy running whatever the pace!

The photo is where I complete my run & gaze (catch breath!) at this lovely view!

So glad you’re recovered enough to be back out and about again. Slow and steady is such a lovely way to move. Wishing you a very happy return after your illness. Patience is hard to find sometimes but worth it ❤️
