Hi please can you tell me why the email threads contain ones about running, Coach to 10K??

I thought the threads was about AF?

Dont know what you are looking at but AF Association forum at HUL has nothing like that.

Have never seen any emails on this forum relating to what you say. Are you confusing this forum with the BHF one on Health Unlocked?

Absolutely not, it’s Health Unlocked and I now understand thanks to others in this group I am signed in to couch to 5k group!

If you signed up to get emails from HU you will get them from all forums you joined, so maybe as Jean says, British Heart Foundation?

Sounds like you may have added yourself to another community perhaps ?

Check under My hub at the top of the page, there is a community called Couch to 5k and another called Bridge to 10k

Yes, you are in Couch to 5k, go in to it from My hub and click the tick to leave that community.

Thank you for helping, you are right I went into My hub and it seems I am in their community, however do you know how I can delete communities/ groups as I can’t seem to see how?

There are more options which email notifications you want and Digest frequency (I have weekly) from More button on the top right then Email notifications

Think it’s COUCH to 10k, tho I’m going on a coach holiday to Scotland next week. I won’t bore you with it, I promise!

I have afib and have been known to run/walk/play Pickleball for exercise. Grateful to be able to but I assume it’s of little interest to you folks….
