Lying on the grass smoking behind Cricket huts when supposed to be cross country
running
with my peers. Anything but P.E. Fast fowward and looking forward to a Boxing Day run and no matter what the weather I'll have that ladies words in my head.

SSRI withdrawal symptoms
Before
running
back to the meds, which for other reasons isn't a good idea, I thought I would ask here if anyone has advice on how to get over these side effects and the withdrawal. Much appreciated!

Interval run 😊
I was unwell for about a week, but it took me a while longer to be comfortably
running
again. I just couldn’t seem to make any real progress though. I had no stamina and my heart rate was elevated. So I decided to try an online
running
coach.

Stent progression
I'm back to
running
and last month cycled 250 bike packing miles in France solo. Building my heart rate back up to my normal 170 BPM while
running
. 150 BPM cycling for short periods only. To note I didn't have a heart attack. I had exercise induced Angina.

Jeffing with the Running Group 😊👍
Definitely could see myself getting into trail
running
, who would have thought it! 😊 It was a warm tonight but I think I’m getting used to the warmer temperatures of
running
in the evening.

75 minute low HR Run ☀️🏃♀️
At one time not so long ago 5 minutes was a long time to be
running
! I did a proper warm up of walking, jogging and a few strides. Then I was ready to start!

Anyone run ‘diagonals’ for speed?🙂
In a nutshell, it uses a football pitch to structure your session -
running
the diagonals and then recovering by jogging/walking along the side or end before repeating. I have been out and tried this this morning (pretty pattern above) and really enjoyed it (6 diagonals was plenty for me today!

Back after 3 weeks
Hello
running
buddies. It’s been about 3 weeks since I posted here. First, an energetic (but no
running
!) week away with my twin, 12 year old grandsons, then a sore foot (feels like I’ve got a marble under the ball of my foot) and then another impromptu trip away in the motorhome.

Negative Splits Conquered
I did some research and found out that
running
negative splits would train me to finish strong and leave me feeling better at the end, so I thought I would give it a go. Every time I tried in 2023, I failed. It’s so hard to run in a controlled manner!

Just had Bronchiectasis flare up. ? due to cold weather.. has that happened to anyone else ? are there temp guidelines for us bronchs?
Hadn’t had a cold or cough / not unwell … I can only put it down to the fact that I played tennis 3 days
running
… indoors …but when it was that very cold spell & it was cold inside ….? Caused lung inflammation? Has this happened to anyone else?

Wk 5 - Run 2
When
running
, I kept thinking ok, this is just a five minute run that we did all last week along with a three minute run tacked on. We've been doing those for some time. It helped. Hope that helps anyone facing Wk 5.

How to stop Drs taking the "P"
My Doctors are
running
me round in circles , treating me like a nimby pimby idiot woman. They are now ringing me without an appointment, insisting I have to go in , sending texts on my phone that my phone security says is dodgy, then when I attend appointment they are
running
very late.

First issue was my
running
phone ( an old one) didn’t switch off when I put it away on Saturday so it was dead, had to get my current phone and download the podcast on there, then THAT phone doesn’t recognise my
running
headphones!! So I found the ones I use with THAT phone and then I was ready.

W4 R1 - wow!
A complete
running
novice in my 30's, having not done any serious exercise for well over 10 years. Started C25k a few weeks back, peeked ahead in the schedule out of curiosity and have been dreading not only W5 (you know which run!), but also W4. I could never run for 5 minute periods, could I?

Plan D no monthly payment too good to be true?
Looking at an expected giant drug cost for 2024 for my wife, and
running
the Medicare compare site it seems that the zero cost Wellcare plan has a lower total cost than any other of the 27 plans offered in my area.
